What a season!

What a season!

What a strain!

Holding yourself together, and what do I also need to contain?

Losing a job

Leaving the NHS after a period of time,

And to add to that, there’s losing a person you love

Only prayers to God has avoided me to budge .

The brain is a little frazzled

And yes, I am not on my own,

Here, I can relate to this grief

God has your back, and I do not have belief.

Take your time 

Take it in your stride,

Speak to God ultimately, he can hold what you need to abide.
