When the rest isn’t there

When the sleep isn’t there

you need time with the Father, the one who elevates and cares.

And where there’s the tossing and turning 

Perhaps too much drink the night before?

The battle of humility needs to hit your inner core.

Remember you are created,

Stop, listen and try to rest 

The challenges in front aren’t always the best.

Chill 

Relax

Stop saying: “I hear what you say” 

I know you are there protecting me father… I try to avoid the vexatiousness wish to lay.
