A message of self worth, and standing up to those want the glory
If you don’t appreciate these following words, this means you do not care,
Actually I feel sorry for you, as these words resonate what I am about to share.
Don’t micro manage
Let others get on with the job,
That only solidifies you own insecurities
And doesn’t level the playing field with inequities.
Let people be
Give them a challenge worth making,
Stay humble in yourself
And let your skills be shown, through no forsaking.
Don’t knock others down, that’s pointless and has no place
Try to elevate the potential, people either been there for a short time and a day,
Don’t let others knock you down,
You are good enough to be in this team; as nepotism and favouritism shall always be there
I am writing these words because there’s someone out there who does truly care.
