A child needs little encouragement to grow,
Yet self absorbed guardians self digress and slow.
“You’ve made your bed” often that word is said
Or “you are nothing but a waste of space”
Aggressive words that lead to nothing, just angered haste.
There’s are those who struggle because they don’t care
“No one’s there for me”.. so do you pass that to your children to learn?
I suppose that’s meant to be wise?
Or deliver trauma to that individual which causes an alarming surprise.
Angered fate
Twists and turns.
There’s a responsibility especially when you need to be ‘accountable’
That’s the word which is the difference from doing good or bad,
If you have a solid upbringing, the future won’t always feel that sad.
