Where there is forgiveness

There is also hope,

You don’t always need to be dangling from a languid rope.

There is hope in forgiveness 

Believe me, I know

I struggle to understand this strain

Guarding the heart from someone’s lackadaisical brain.

Where there is hope

There is forgiveness inside too,

Stubbornness helps to a point

Yet it’s in the Father where you truly anoint.

There is hope 

There is freedom,

The word for today is, shine a light through prayer,

Remember, there is forgiveness always waiting for you over there.
