Pushing others away

​I dont’ want to push others away
But it’s feel safer that way, 
Cries for help has always been inside
Yet the refusal tends to make you feel you have lost as you tend to subside. 

People are scared 
Some have strong units where they can rely, 
Others are insistent their way is best and are totally rigid with that
I prefer to be free like a bird, that’s the prayer I wish to arrive at.

I tend to hold back, I feel the devil’s attack 
I know in reality there are others who have your back.

I can’t see it any other way
I pray because tension has always been around, 
Trauma can be introduced by anything… scarcity in our hearts shall always be profound.
