Leaving the pain

​You look to the skies as tears run down your cheeks, 
These words are from a gift from heaven, these words flow as we continue to seek. 

You look to the skies and want to make things better in a grime situation that you find yourself in,
You blame yourself and others, and tempted to commit unnecessary sin.

I thank God for today
This second, this minute, this hour and then we go to sleep, 
The pain will eventually leave us as we wondered how we got to a place that’s so steep. 

All I say to who is reading this is that Jesus ‘loves you’
The cross paid the debt that we would could never pay back
We have a new life today, a place of opportunity and situations we are now able to crack.
