As the weeks begins

​Today is a new day
A day for you go on and reflect, 
There is always room for humility, and for us to remain still and detect. 

Today has arrived
Day 2 of a potentially chaotic week, 
We all look for calmness in the end, the perennial peak. 

Today is the day we live in the present 
People come and go from our lives, that’s a fact
You can’t always hold onto them, so seek you first as you aren’t no one’s door mat!

And when others laugh, leave it be
Get to know yourself in this world of facets we can’t always grasp
There is hope for us all.. poured in a glassed.
