The height of the storm
You want acceptance and want to conform.
I learn to move forward
Keep fighting every step of the way,
I need to stay still as the spirit holds my hand forever and for today.
We learn to evolve
We learn to fight the fight with purpose and guile,
We live for today and contain the memories that brought us joy
Trauma is often inside of us, even if you are a girl and boy.
We lift our souls through the trials that aren’t there
Struggles are paramount, so we need to look towards those who care.
So pray each day as you can work this through,
Therefore, I do what I need to do for me, and you choose what works for you.
Today is a new day
I won’t get it right,
Past troubles won’t see the light.
You are just are important in this often fractious world
Please hold my hand today, the calmness shall enter from all that can be held.

"None of us can stay positive all of the time.... my theory and practical is this, if you pray everyday, be nice to that one person every day (or better still more people), then the world will have that little more love to show and perhaps you will feel better....Anger solves nothing, love creates harmony, encouragement, hope and love..." What about me? I have type 1 diabetes, love the arts and I am a god fearing man (I am sure you can tell)...... I am also on IG type '@jaypoeticsensitivity.
