Just today..

​Today is all we have
If you don’t understand, then you won’t understand,
Hope is the guide from where we look to stand. 

I am here in the gym just about to lift a heavy weight,
Today is temporary and never arrives late. 

Hold onto this moment 
Now is never too far away, 
Forever there is love my sister and brother, 
Hold onto hope, just for today
