Wow, it’s been 31 years and counting since you left,
you are with some good company up in heaven, that’s why I choose to humorously bereft.
You ‘are’ amazing;
you see ‘are’ means you are still here,
your warmth and gentleness cannot be touched,
If I could be half the person you are that would mean so much.
I may hear a song and think of you
That didn’t happen today, my vibes are calm and relaxed,
this world is full of chaos, through politics and facts.
I describe you as kindness poured into a jar
your love was insurmountable and went tremendously far.
You giving gave me hope
And there is no one around today who matches your kindness and love,
today I am confronted with debates, so I automatically think of you, as this negativity can be shoved.
