With you

With you I feel safe

With you I received a hug, not a debate,

with you I feel good inside

with you there’s a prayer to God with whom I confide.

With you I know I shall receive peace,

with you I know there is hope at the very least.

With you I know there is no pain and simply joy,

with you I have hope which I want to share with others and deploy.

with you there is work through in the night,

the light shall show itself and have that bit of fight.

with you, these are words shall always stay, and you can go back to read again,

with hope, I have found you… a dear and cherish friend.
