Every scar carried
every victory won,
we have a second chance through the grace and mercy of the son.
We haven’t lost
we have another chance,
no victory is without its cost
through recovery there no loss.
keep going
keep fighting
tomorrow is there, not too far away
people argue more these days
keep them afar, and pray for them to reach the baize.
You see, God is real
real as the warm drink that touches your lips during the morning dew,
there is a road to walk on, the recovery one, the one that we pray plenty go on…..and not a few.
