I miss you Mum
wasn’t that always the case,
God took you away, knowing you are now free from pain, as in my heart you shall always stay.
Your empathy was to second to none,
your heart so big and warm, so thank you for that mum.
You empathised with others
and your kindness did shine through,
these are words of love, honest, loving and dedicated to you.
Your presence oozed grace
and your heart I can feel and always see,
I am honoured to be your son,
as one day we shall reunite… just you and me.
