Thank you for today
thank you for not going away,
thank you for loving today and forever after
thank you for your kindness through no aims of being a grafter.
Thank you for hope because that’s why I am here
thank you for your personality and safe space which I endear.
Thank you for today and the one after that
time on this earth I am blessed to have known you,
humility and kindness are attributes which through God has only grew.
Thank you for this life, which I thank God
I know times have held you back through no fault of your own,
remember love is here always, and it’s through God guide for which he has shown.
