Today’s celebration dictates.

Look towards today

Look towards the heavenly light,

Dark times shall appear, yet the outcome is always clear and within sight.

Here I am, ready to hold

I have my story to tell, as chapters await to unfold.

Today’s possible victory could be one of a loss too

Yet through the mists of adversity, there is faith for you to free willingly find,

Ultimately, there is no loss… when you start to become ‘kind’.

I am not sure what you are currently going through.

 

Pray to the strength of God’s love

He is there, even if you can’t see

There is hope through these words and you’ll be set free.

Demonic put downs are now put to rest

Distance isn’t a bad thing, through the father you deserve more not less.

Those who are pessimistic need to be restrained 

They do not have answers, they are out downs which can’t be sustained.

Embrace this day

Serve it to your best

If you have time to worry

Then I’ll pray, a worthy weapon, that’s worth more and  full of zest.

Life can deal many blows 

this doesn’t mean you need to rush, 

If you do? you’ll more likely feel a tad flush.

Let today take care of itself 

Tomorrow shall be dealt with…when it does arrive,

Stay in the presence of the Lord, he has plenty for you in store, 

which comes across as surprises galore. 

So as I pray for you

Even if you don’t understand the place I have reached, 

We all have our own journey, yet it’s prayer that I imbue and never look to breach.

So don’t push for tomorrow

As it will arrive through God’s timely grace

When I pray, there is a release

Humility and kindness, defeats the devils riling beast.

So when I pray, I hope you see the light

Praying for you friend, and the hope that removes the debris through might..

I pray for protection

I pray for enlightenment through humble discern, 

I pray for kindness to flourish 

And brittleness to be calcified, and restored

And to live for the son of the Holy Spirit, which hits our sanctum to the core.

I pray for those who don’t get me to live a life that’s full 

And looking for answers from questions which others may find strange

As you are the miracle worker dear Father, as you are the creator of this stage.

You gain strength through a prayer which leads 

And leaning towards the spirit, that humbly feeds.

People are like angels 

Some have the ability to show tremendous love,

Others hold back, and rather give a gentle shove.

Not everyone connects

Especially when people are saying: “I don’t understand them”, well! That’s their prerogative and their secular talk.

We try to get along,

It doesn’t matter what others say

Follow the Father, he has your heart freely, yet you can sway..

I may rhyme the words that I often speak,

I am no longer blind, as through the father I do eventually peak.

Yes, I once was drunken and slurred waiting for a critique

But if others do that, allow them, they need to fall

They shall find God, and eventually become tall.

I asked God

Why?

Why?

God why do we struggle?

I know it’s in the book of ‘Genesis’ as Adam got us in a middle,

I know the apple shouldn’t have been eaten

I know hope needs to be relayed 

I know there needs to be hope, and nothing else delayed

 I shall work this out

The struggle we have conjured,

Yet with prayer there is no decadence for what isn’t insured.

I wonder why there are hills to climb

Each and every day,

I rather stay hopeful, from the grounded source for which I choose to lay.

Everything is fast

Some lack patience when they need calm,

I suppose they are struggling like us all, is there ever a need for urgency to cause alarm?

There is chaos around 

We can’t avoid that from time to time,

The structure in others may be limited from the minds which they have set

It’s always healthy to have balance in God first, from that moment you reset.

God is hopeful 

God is the shining light,

He wants to help you unconditionally 

As your time with him is priceless and fortuitously.

Stay hopeful and stay within the light  

God comes first always,

Say your prayers first and then at the end day

The Devil’s reach can never be in your harms way.

There are times you need for change

You don’t need anymore aggravation or anymore bane.

You don’t need vexatious souls, that are negative to the soul

You don’t need aggressive history that pulls you back,

Remember you are worthy, and through the Lord you shall never slack.

I need for others to leave me be,

If they choose to pick a fight, then I shall turn the other cheek and flee.

Do you know how I am feeling inside?

I am sure others face similar, so there’s no surprise!

And say things with aggressive speed,

I know I need to be with the father, he shall clearly intercede.

They say: “call your self a man of God?”

That I am, you can’t take that away,

We are all his creation, as I pray for you, so humble your hearts when you shout during your stay.

I can easily kick you away, I am okay with that resource,

I am humbling myself to God’s way, that’s part of the course.

So go away, as I shall pray for you afar

We aren’t all meant to get on with each other, by looking into the skies

God’s presence

God’s presence is there 

All he wants you to do is pray, 

Thank you for your blessings, even when things go astray. 

Thank you Father 

Your children do love you,

And when you send across a blessing unexpectedly, we question anything for us to imbue.

It only takes a moment 

It only takes ‘blind faith’

There is the Devil’s attack which can come from anywhere… front, back, side or behind

You are gracious from what you find.

When you struggle, what do we tend to say?: “OMG!”

So why not pray for peace in others through the goodness we ought to see more.

It’s a lifeline, and a time to glow

It can be done fast, even harmoniously slow.

I have time for you, as the prayer is a tool to lift

If you say that word ‘that’s the problem’ or ‘it’s depressing’ do you think that’s offering a gift?

Provide hope with a prayer

It’s better than any argument others like to face,

A prayer is more beneficial, and it can be done through a wise persons haste.

Uniting and prayerfully fighting

Aren’t we suppose to unite?

Often or not we are in a constant spiritual fight, 

So as I say: ‘bless you’ on this day 

Accept the prayers said to you, please allow them to stay.

Togetherness is for us all

As this broken word has decided to stall, 

Why? Because of self consumption as it’s about: ‘me, me…me’ 

I pray to God for openness in our hearts to eventually feel ‘free, free….free’.

How can you refuse a prayer?

A humble conversation through the Lord we can all serve,

Humbling the heart and praising high

Am I trying to impress you? I doubt that my dear.

I am here to serve God

His place is where I want to reach,

I stay humble with my wanting, the place where the Father effectively  teach.

I crave balance 

Avoid vexatious souls,

Those for ulterior motives, that place I shan’t want to go.

Perfectly comfortable with my own company in which I keep,

I know where there is balance negativity eventually does leave,

When I cry at night

When I cry before I go to sleep

Perhaps see a television programme, and before I tend to weep.

I try to attain the people I love

Please God you can’t leave me nor should I shove.

Yet when I cry, I think of a release

The devil is a liar and shan’t delve in my inner beast.

I need you Lord because I need to talk

If I continue this battle, then do I continue to pray as I need to walk.

I say hello, as my tears run down my face

I am humble dear Lord as I learn to cope with a distilling pace.

People say stick to your own

So if you believe in a higher power… why?

Aren’t we made to rejoice?

We able to connect and love?

People with tunnel vision have a finite approach 

They are not plethora thinking, hence the arguments they may encroach.

‘My way or the high way’

The killer of remarks,

Not this open-minded approach, for these it’s too much of a lark.

You see, once I was down

As I couldn’t approach those who were set in their ‘rigided’ ways,

The arguments erupt, and what do they solve at the end  of the day.

There is a world out there which causes so much harm

That time I felt the source

The beauty of God, what a force!

I was tearing 

Releasing all this pain,

The anguish and hurt from others I wasn’t able to refrain.

People telling me what I need to do

Two burning candles

Burning ever-so bright,

They are Angels from heaven and are within a heartfelt sight.

Missing those who aren’t here to say a simple ‘hello’

And a dream to comfort you, from the time my head hits the pillow.

You can guess who these lights are for? Which is I 

Yes I miss them, but they are no longer in pain, even if a tears do appear from time to time.

These candles may burn into the midnight sky

And love of God I do need, not the angst, which makes me say goodbye.

The lights will never go out, 

Even at the time when my eyes shall close

I know these stars are within us all, like a petal blossoming from a rose.

I know I have come here to refresh and restore;

As you don’t need me to stick my two penneth to make matters sore.

I did lose a friend and protector in my Father but that’s no excuse

But I will say this, I won’t ever want to jeopardise my position in your home,

We have all questioned God

We have wondered why things happen to good people when confrontation hits, 

None of us can answer that question, but one thing I know, we cannot hate

This is an unusual question, which often leads to a debate.

I pray for those who are homeless and in the cold

I pray for their protection when faith is inside of them, 

Especially when they receive a blessing to get them warm again.

I love the world to be protected by grace and mercy 

And if you pray you will find that spiritual place truly worthy. 

So do not give in, as I am telling myself that too

Thinking you have it sussed by human thought alone, 

I look to the Father always, the one who is waiting at our perennial home.

Hi, how are you today

Did I say I am speaking with you, yes you!

A person who is loved but given free will to enter into the spirit

He knows who you are, and the times you are facing within it.

You look to the future

You look to the light,

You look for some hope somewhere 

Or are you oblivious to the truth, as you may simply not be aware.

I love you

Why? Because I want to when speaking with you today,

Humble your hearts with a deep humble prayer

No angst, nor negative thoughts, the spirit within shall take you there.

The more you say ‘no’

The more you speak ill of others 

So, here’s a question, do you feel great when release that verbal punch?

Something is missing

Connection is needed 

We all need to get to ‘that place’ to find a happy place and peace,

Yet there are those you won’t see eye to eye 

A mother, father, a brother, a sister or a friend

Disconnection is healthy despite others reply you that you couldn’t want to depend. 

Connection is vital 

Friendship is needed, 

Pray to God for hope and calm

That is more important than causing yourself harm. 

Connection is God’s light

Yet it says guard your heart, 

Therefore, who is anyone to question anyone before a new beginning starts?

Guard it and enjoy it with by praying for those you love each day,

The spirit lifts

A person you love does says goodbye,

Yes the grief is there, but there’s no further surprise.

The lost of a loved one may come across of something you lack

Actually it’s God’s eyes that truly sees, he will surely bring your story back.

I may not be able to sleep when thinking of my Dad

A man who did know God, especially to the very end

I know my heart feels broken, but we all shall eventually mend.

So thank you for you wisdom, that’s clearly comes from God’s humble gift

And one day the world shall be elevated, at the point God’s opportunity shall bring us all a lift.

The master again

The champion regains after an enthralling win,

He wasn’t at his best, albeit the adversity faced 

He’s manner of victory was still done with speed and a little bit of haste. 

His fluidity is amazing

His grace is full of flair,

I gladly embrace his victory with this poetic toast.

Why do I pray?

It’s for you and me,

I have been damaged dear fellow and madam, so who am I to disagree?

Then we do not judge for others actions, 

there’s no force to diminish through the time of extractions.

Sometimes it’s for the better

You may have a family that love you but ‘sometimes’ your connection needs to be released.

Sometimes it’s for peace of mind

The bloodline may be there, but doesn’t match,

These large families can be hard work, as the togetherness ‘within’ does not relax.

You may talk about properties or possessions

Or falling out with this one or the next,

Myself personally? It’s my solace I prefer to fetch.

Insomnia

Trying to sleep

Countless things running through my head

Lost of a personal hero, as my pillow is up and my mind is up instead!

I cannot sleep

And writing these words keep me sane,

The days when others supporting you, isn’t ALWAYS a family trait these days.

I am eyes wide open

Today, the morning when I continue to stay up,

I need the guile to stay focus and alert

When this moment of losing a loved one continues to hurt.

The fact is, I need to keep going until it’s my turn to reach a place of peace,

I don’t expect others to understand me, well that’s my point in the very least.😉

The point of the matter is that we need to fight our corner, through this simplification that I say.

I remember those days..

Do you remember those days

When cassettes were played in a Walkman,

That nippy device, we would put in our bag

With a wire of headphones that went onto our ears

And we shouted upbeat songs until our eyes were filled with tears.

We had ‘kid and play’, and way before ‘musical youth’

And that reminds me of that superman movie, when Clark Kent changed in the telephone booth.

There was Wonder Woman, played by Lynda carter 

And there was ‘air wolf’ and ‘knight rider’, neither programme could NEVER be claimed as a disaster.

There was ‘Metal Micky’ and ‘The Avengers’, not the one with Ironman or Thor,

It’s the one with that leather clad chick ‘Emma Peel’, the one who men and women desired that much more…

The point I am making, these times were way more buoyant and fun

We didn’t have phones to distract us, as we used an abacus instead, 

Stating the facts when today we are using our phones to find the gossip instead.

The day did start with a prayer,

Is this a world that’s stop caring? or unable to a brothers or sisters affair.

Lord I know I love you

But on this earth can be a struggle,

I looked in the mirror 

What do I see?

The insults?

The pain?

And hurt? 

Please….these idiots that insult you, will be judged by God for their destructive burns.

I looked in the mirror and found my God,

The God that loves me regardless

Through the mistakes and tardiness.

I looked in the mirror and said: “how are you today?”

I know I have my faults, but I try to wipe those cobwebs away.

The mirror is inside of you

The place you struggle to see from time to time,

If others bereft, either be quick and stun them with an array of words,

And remember, the Devil is a liar and a cheat… and often disturbs 🙏🏽❤️.

Yet you are my friend, my brother and possess qualities that are humane which I can never ever forgot.

Good morning to you

I hope you are well?

I hope you said your prayers before the start of the day?

Or have you been lead by the Devil’s gaze?

I hope you are well?

That I truly mean, 

If you did… great! then that’s fantastic 

Or if your negative vibe has kicked in, then I suggest you change your elastic.

Nevertheless, to me, you are great

You may be facing your struggles, but to me I pray you do not arrive towards God late.

Yes there are pessimists out there

Personally I find them too much to bare,

‘Baby boomers’ who are moaning at their ripe age, 

To the ‘millennials’ and ‘gen z’s’ who are now trying to turn into the next page.

Many paths. One road to heaven

Many paths I walk 

Heaven is where I look to stride towards, 

And this life loving God is amazing 

Yet challenges shall arise and can become phasing.

The walk is long 

And for many of us challenging to the mind,

Lord I love you unconditionally, as the door was open at that point you’ll find. 

The challenges will always be there

The haunts will creep inside, 

Yet you say to yourself ‘God I pray for you to show me the way….’

Words of substance through the perils your son took on the cross from this most challenging of days’.

I know this road is hard to find,

Pray for that direction from the time you thrive, 

Be at peace, that place I need to lay my head

And say that humble prayer, especially when I go to bed.

Humble pastures which you may have forgot.

You came from a place of love

Or around people who did not show that trait, 

Pray for God for forgiveness, that shall refute the Devil’s debate.

Sometimes it’s the only place we are able to retreat, 

One day I’ll be meeting the Father in heaven, as I no longer wish to take a backseat.

When I sleep at night

Do I want to delve into a fight?

Bitterness hurts, and people who panic do try

My dear lord Father, protect them as I humbly sigh.

I sleep with the hope to achieve the next day

The challenges are unexpected but the mind continues to stay.

Looking to the place we all look to believe

Lord Father, I know my peace in my heart shall receive.

The place is hard to hold when a sleep needs to restore

The mind over thinks as the need to continually want more.

These words come from the Father who is constantly inside,

Sleep softly on your dreams, as the Father shall never hide.

Life’s precious

I recall that day when I wanted to end it all

I thought I was a failure, and was told so, so I aimed to justify their call.

Yet it was the Father who took me in

Introduced me to kind people to nurture me and show me love,

Not this stoicism and isolating cold

He showed me this gift which is naturally ready to unfold.

I remember the moment , like it was like yester-year

Looking for a way out

As theoretically all I wanted to do was shout.

People suggesting to me what to do next 

I know.. because they cared,

Yet through the pain I endured,

I thought I was hopeless and couldn’t find a cure.

So as the past stays in its place 

And pastures new will soon to trace. 

I have a level of fear still to overcome

But then again I am human, and must focus to the three in one.

I walk on this earth

And you may have family or friends you need to confront, 

I rather be on my own, to be perfectly blunt.

Then again, I retort and think again

I wish no one any harm, I still love them so I pray and then ascend. 

It’s the path you walk

It’s the path you look towards praying,

It’s all in God’s timing

So learn to be patient when confiding.

There are people you need to leave and pray before letting go,

You wish them all the best for the intensity that needs to become slightly slow.

It’s so simple to do

Walking and praying 

The feeling is an amazing light,

You may have self doubt, or others knocking your self esteem, 

Remember walk with the Father first thing, as this is simply isn’t a dream.

Hypos

Hypos….The most horrid feeling ever

And especially when dealing with these low attacking gripes

Lowers your mood, yet you need to continue to fight.

The tiredness poses a challenge 

The sugar in the blood stream is too much,

The enzyme chamber is kept closed 

And my thinking is struggling at any mode.

I struggle to fight 

But what am I suppose to do?

Be irresponsible by not eating?

As I pray to God I won’t be leaving.

21 years I have had this condition

A condition harmful and mind blowing, 

And there is too life to manage, now if you don’t mind? Please help or I’ll keep floating.

I suppose you won’t get on with most

Like marmalade you either like it, or refuse to put it on toast.

We are all so different 

Some accept 

Some do not get,

Some prefer to be prayful, 

accept and then forget.

None of us are perfect

That’s the ultimate truth,

Only Jesus ascended on this earth to find out our faults

And redeem us from our sins, from the passages that we are eventually taught.

I suppose we are held by God’s ultimate reach

And there are times we can look and could possibly teach.

Love is love 

And hope is part of the course,

Learn to be an optimist, that refutes to lure into yourself becoming false.

You brought a smile to my face

You contacted others, at a specific time and place.

Yes, we didn’t see eye to eye for the first 20 years

Now you are not here… as my tears are protected by prayers to refute any fears.

You were my friend 

And you did save my life,

You were open minded and formidably astute

And you took no nonsense from others, and could easily give them the boot.

You were my Dad

The best I could have ever asked,

Yes, there were things you didn’t agree from with that I did

As you told me upfront, so therefore contemplated as I may possibly rid.

Give thanks to Mario lord

He is kind, humble and funny

He is connective Lord, as his array of behaviour is very sunny.

He is a great friend Lord

As well as a husband and father we all  can see, 

Thank you Lord for this great brother whom I never ever want to flee.

He has been there to protect his and his own family, through the tough times we have all endured living. 

Fill him with calm and wisdom

When ultimately you are heading into your own dominion. 

Sometimes your friends are healthy and times they are not

Yes, they are not perfect, and yes sometimes they are the ones you have simply got.

There are times for recovery 

Don’t be too hard on this body of yours,

The mind plays tricks when you stay still

Read a book, learn something new… that’s the drill.

Stay with God and start with a prayer

Your guide is uplifting through that aim

He shall love you unconditionally, through him you shall gain.

By seeking the Father’s help first 

Like a fountain of water, awaiting to be disperse.

I love my friends 

As I am sure I am not the easiest person to be around,

My friends are beautiful

Yes, they do have their moments of struggles

Yet they beautified and you defend them when they are confuddled.

Lord father 

I thank you for this day,

I pray for any form of negativity to go away. 

I pray for any enemy or foe

I need to stay with you God, from the top of my head to the bottom of my toes.

That’s the only way,

So pray hard, tremendously responsively. 

Thank you Lord you have our best interests in mind

You show amazing love, humble and kind

The light of the Lord shows there is hope

No point suppressing

I suppose we want to keep a calm image that’s more  impressive and addressing.

We learn to keep calm by avoiding those who provide angst

Debating

Debating is a skilled art

Difference of an opinion is a balanced art.

Yes, we won’t all agree about everything 

That’s the simple truth,

We look towards the future and look to find a way 

Actions are lead by words, that’s what I prefer to say.

So keep away from negativity

Despite the person’s struggle they may often endure,

I suppose you can be there for a moment, only if you are absolutely sure.

There is that discussion called ‘politics’ 

That topic which often leads towards a debate,

I suppose I prefer to pray, at least with God you are led towards spiritual fate.

The new year has now arrive

What shall happen in the next. 52 weeks, I am sure there shall be plenty more surprise!

We look at the past, 

Perhaps look at others faults,

I rather look what they can achieve, and what they be able to be taught.

There shall be hurdles, more than you could believe.

There will be people who like a debate

That’s their system, which isn’t simply fate.
