You have reached a milestone
A place you never thought that was possible reach,
The hope of finding that path to sobriety which you have learned within to teach.
Well done
And keep on going,
This is NOW a new you,
You had to break and confess.. and the. eventually ensue.
The strength comes within,
You can’t see it at first, but there is a spirit instilled inside,
There is finally peace, it’s where God overcomes your pride.
Well done
1 year and next year it will be 2,
The life of addictions is a painful pursuit,
Now it’s time to congratulate and live a new life
Be kind to yourself now and refuse the devil’s strife.
