Good to thyself

​Be gentle
And be kind 
Be humble, this can be a wonderful day if you gave it a chance… you’ll find.

You walk alone
But that goes for us all,
Be comfortable with the uncomfortable , there is no disgrace when you fall.

Say your prayers 
And don’t be hard on yourself, as ego has no place for today or others ahead ,
Let people be their authentic self as at the end of the day despite the trials the end of the day we all need to go to bed.

This day is a blessing 
God is not too far away, 
May the Lord protect, like the child who grew into the saviour of the world.. 
At times we look to God and look in wonderment for what’s about to be herald xx
