Just a day at a time

​Just one day we look to enjoy
Not talk about politics or delve into that intense chat, 
I want to live in harmony but it appears none of us are ‘into that’.

People need a level of stress
A level of that intense feeling, 
One thing I discovered in life, life can be too inflamed and unappealing. 

Therefore, we try our best
That’s the best we can do, 
Life is full of questions and few answers
Because there are people who go in blindly, you know the type? Chancers!

I suppose life is difficult at this present time
But we are still here, fighting each step of the way, 
Why not have some laughs, and perhaps that feeling is able to stay.
