Are required when you need to protect your health, 
Going out and say a prayer
The light of God never leads you to focus… a prevent your mind to wander elsewhere.

Selective conversations 
Don’t speak to those who gossip, 
They don’t jar me, when they talk about others,
I am a child of God now, so there’s no time to bereft sisters and brothers. 

Selective chats 
Speak your truth every step of the way, 
Ignore others if they go down the wind up lines, 
They can’t take a comeback remark anyway, so the result shall be just fine. 

So goodbye 
I end the words right there, 
arguing with others is not place I rather be,
So if you turn the other cheek through a debate… you’ll be refreshed and then able to clearly see.
