Fight or flight

​We all fight 
Or simply flow,
Determination is within you as we grow.

We learn to raise the bar
We learn to become strong,
We find our way to humble our hearts, at the point where in God we belong.

You are as good as you say you are
Iron sharpens iron,
Fighting the battles in the body and soul
We learn to pray, fight and at times become fast or slow.

We have always lived in a challenged world
Politeness is rare, but we can show kindness to shine our hearts
God loves you, that incentive has never depart.
