Fighting through emotions

Fighting through the emotions released,
Thinking up against it, facing a monster of a beast.

Yet the feelings do leave
And the panting breath eventually calms down,
The sadness is removed, as there’s no longer a frown.

It’s because you are scared,
I know I was at the time!
Why? I should thank God that I am still breathing,
Especially when I am loved by the Father and constantly believing.

I am not solitary
I am not alone,
But there are lapses when you can’t see the light,
yet the darkness fades as there’s hope within sight.

We all want to strive
We all want to come out of this state of this chronic fatigue,
Love God first and learn to relieve.
