Where does the time go?

​I miss you Dad
Where has the time gone?
I close my eyes and it’s another day you are not there,
If I could; I would search for you everywhere.

Where does the time go?
We blink, but time doesn’t hold back .. or neither go slow.

I thank and pray for all the people I have met,
I know time doesn’t stay still, or look to reset. 

Time is a wonderful thing,
It temporary and that moment doesn’t always stay,
May the heavens open in your heart.. and that is where time is eternal and shall always lay.
