A brother in arms

​Thank you Lord for this man
A kind, humble and restless soul,
May the Lord protect him and his family, as his kindness is exemplary and always grows.

He is a friend 
Someone I pray for from near and afar, 
He is loved by Jesus, as his presence shines like a shining star. 

We banter and call each other all sorts of names without taking it too serious, 
We laugh so hard, we are on the verge of feeling truly delirious. 

His kindness is second to none, 
He is hardworking, so much in fact he needs to have some fun.

But he is a friend and loyal to a fault, 
I thank God for creating this brother, as we reminisce memories on this monumental day
May the Lord hold you close my dear friend, and thanks for your prayers too, on this today.
