Each day

Each day isn’t guaranteed

each day doesn’t mean you are freed,

each day you pray to your inner faith

each day you look to avoid any immoral haste.

Each day you smile and say hello

And not bring others down because you too, that isn’t fair, so take stock and ensue.

Each day you look to God and ask why?

each day you have that conversation with yourself, and more often than not sigh.

Each day I have been asks to write these poems for you,

more often than not… I am still asking and won’t have a clue.
