Quick, slow, quick slow
Joyous occasions have their place
Life isn’t always a challenging maze..
Stay calm and hold for a moment
Rushing has no place to gain
It’s only when health recover is needed
Balances life’s destiny planted and not bleeded..
Look to the higher power
Look to the fortunes which favour the brave,
Hold together the tapestry of life
Challenging situations refraining strife.
Be humble
Be at joyous peace

Or held for another tim,
If not patient for yourself
