Did you like yourself back then?
It’s hard to fathom the person you shall turn out, especially when you were 10!
I would say, you are doing well but please take your time
Remember you are loved by God, as your hand is next to mine.
I would have been more patient
I would have stopped more and go with the flow,
I would have argued less and let the wisdom from my elders show.
I could have had better parents?
But then again they were kids themselves,
You are never on your own as you can always seek spiritual wealth.
You had plenty of time back then
Now you are slowing down a little bit, you have the knowledge to transcend.
If I wrote another poem about this subject next time round…
I wouldn’t let others affect my mood when I speak to my younger self,
All I know is that God puts you on a path towards acknowledging your spiritual wealth.
