Rather than sitting and watching the news
And looking at this life we live, instead of going on a walk to where you feel bemused.
Yes, we know the world isn’t in a great place
But this passage you walk starts with thee,
Hold someone close, and simply be.
It’s difficult to acknowledge the world as it stands
Human hope should be through God’s soldiers
And the love from the Father should make you bolder.
Love and peace is rare at a time where chaos is peoples friend,
I rather walk this passage with brothers and sisters alike
As the end goal is God’s fight.
