Chaos surrounds us
some people just don’t like peace,
some say that they do, but then say they need activity in the mind
I remain still, the chaos can take me to that dark place.. I find.
Some need the angst
the cortisol which releases the stress,
I can sense we need all things to make us alive
this is your life after all, the ageing can leave barely you to remain survive.
Chaos is always there
there is also a higher power,
something that taps into your head, soul and heart
Remember, you can be humbled, words can destroy or either bring you to a great new start.
Chaos can leave
people who have headaches better beware,
when the tables are turned, then the counter punch is always there 😉.
