A day at a time
time shall tick by,
heart is beating faster
the impatience begins to cry.
You are wanting to achieve the goal
and time is of the essence,
Time lapses as memories are no evanescence.
Today belongs to God and you
it’s your time to shine, but through grace and mercy you shall reach
humble your heart, there’s plenty to teach.
One day at a time
one day can’t solve what lays ahead,
speak to your higher power through the wisdom which is there from these words that are said.
Speak to God every day
and simply leave it with the higher spirit that is always moving and rises,
the end result God always knew,
stay with the day to day pace, the outcome is always anew.
