In times where arguments are a fashionable trend

The world of debate can seen as objectionable,

Some wanting an argument for the sake

I say..”please give me a break”.

I suppose it’s about passion and in what you believe 

Some cultures like a true debate with cussing in the mix,

It’s their way, I suppose? for that I don’t always want to risk.

People pose a question

And it leads to a defence and relish,

For me it’s sport..”whose the best” that sort of thing, 

Then there’s the heated discussion which others get a kick 

Please… I rather go for a run…, words I rather flick.

I suppose we are all different 

Yet I know who I rather want to be around,

Argumentative sort I pray from afar.

Meaning if I want to speak with you? I rather go back to smoking and duck in the tar🤣🤣.

If God believes in you, why don’t you in yourself?

The title says it all

The belief inside you comes from God,

Yes! It’s out there,  and it’s the truth 

Especially when there are doubts you look to do what’s right

The Father in heaven is looking over you with his spiritual might.

A lady said to me today

We can only show others the joy,

this belief inside is not made up 

It’s the Father’s quest to mend the wrecked

And learning to move forward is turning the defect.

Today the sun is out and the clouds are few

When God enters your heart, there is ultimate belief 

Others “name calling” means less and less further still

The Father in heaven shall defeat the negative words that once inside of you filled.

You can only keep moving 

And believing in the higher power brings a bigger purpose to face,

The creator of all believes in you, despite your waning past 

His work inside of you, if you accept, shall continue to last.

London walk *release lockdown poem

Striding in London for a gentle walk

Got lost when trying to find my way to the station,

Haha, mini adventure now starts to concur. 

And timing to reflect to see how large central London is?

Walking for ages at a time I reminisce.

Times have changed 

Yet the feeling out there is just a ‘little’ guarded,

People not rushing around like impatient blue arse flies

A balance walk from this journey no more desperate cries.

Regents and Bond Street I then start to pass

Taking my time as I take a wrong turning,

Laughing my head off as London pace has less urgency

Therefore hasten moves cause no further emergency.

Speed looks more defused

People not rushing to get to ‘A’ to ‘B’ 

London Town far more gentle from this new ‘normal’ we are getting use yo see.

“Pace is starting to defuse due to the pandemic.. will the world go back to its rashness?”

Diabetes Moods

Probably a term I’ve just made up 

Talking to someone about this condition upset me a little 

A reminder of a constant reaction where I feel brittle..

Trying hard to focus

And there are days when you feel down,

Saying to someone it’s not nice having a sugar low

Especially when you have diabetes and the mood is evident to show.

There’s that chance you can collapse and go into a coma

And yet you are balancing life and keeping yourself  aligned 

You are a child of God and remain perennially refined.

I want to be positive, strong and do what is right

Yet this condition is more than a fight. 

It’s about your control and others empathy towards thee

Dear Father take this condition away, so I can feel more like me.

“I said to a consultant today, that I want this to go away, the lows are grating on me. May God remove anyone who has type 1 diabetes.” 

I am always here

Darling…

Just want to say you have never lost me

And we shall meet again,

You know my spirit is around

The heavens will one day open, and from there you shall hear my sound.

You are my darling

And you are my peace ,

I am sorry I am not around today

But I am inside you, and there will arrive that special day.

Despite the past

The present we now need to live, 

I am with the Father up so high

We shall one day laugh again, there’s no need to ever cry,

Yes, It’s my day

A day you remember through your beautiful heart,

Stay at peace from what inside 

I speak with kindness, from there I confide.

“Never left you and waiting for you in God’s kingdom.”

Pray for peace

Praying for calm

Praying for wrong to release into right,

Praying for alignment 

Yet difference is often enlightenment.

Pray for love 

Pray for eternal hope 

Pray for the time we learn

And pray for forgiveness when I discern.

Praying for the light

And praying to Faith which enters your hearts,

Love to God especially when troubles remain undone

His hope to keep you heart close him

Allow the pain to go away, as you can refute the Devil’s sin.

If money is your victory

Then God will overwhelm this evil cause,

Just believe and pray for the pain to go

Tears of hope, then the pain no longer shows.

Go away negative news...

People constantly arguing for the sheer sake

Calling it debate? From adulation in towards a lead what is fake.

Why do we live in a world of propaganda

People taking the almighty p£?&@

I rather deflect the ignorant sayings 

Rather get caught up with the gossip that’s staying.

Basic principles

Humble thoughts

People don’t want to live in a kind world no more, 

They prefer anger and that feeling of becoming sore.

Tell a happy joke 

Say something nice to those in need,

Yet we live in a world of conspiracy 

Let’s start from the beginning of intercede.

“It costs nothing to be polite x 🙏🏽“

You believe in us

You never ever forsake

And you do have the right to judge,

Yet with faith 

You have that loving touch.

You believe in us

Especially when others do not,

Others will say “you’ve done this and that”

You are the redeemer, the place we should all reach at.

I love you Father

The one they call they call “the start and the end”

You are the cornerstone of hope

That spirit that never allows us to elope.

As I write these words 

They are seen to encourage and provide ultimate Faith,

When there is a battle inside 

I simple believe God which gives you that hope to become alive.

“In defeat there is no failure, you are designed to love hope and hope is the Father”

Haste and speed

Living in a world where pace is now a fashion

Yet through the Father in heaven this comes with no ration..

If you take your time, reading this message you will “get it”

But if you whizz by this message then you may “forget it “.

Charlie Chaplin said in the film the great dictator 

“We are now machines, we were not designed for this”

I agree with the adverb, speed is something I prefer to miss.

I rather follow faith and believe in a calming higher power,

If you tire yourself out with speed, you’ll eventually feel tired and will cower. 

“Moral of the story, take your time and relax when you have the chance” x🙏🏽❤️  

If only there were more like you....

I write these words with humble meaning 

I would not be here now if it wasn’t for you,

Birthday greetings directed your way

Such a deserving person, well what else can I say?

The words flow as nothing with stop this celebration

You have supported so many 

At a time when others think of themselves,

You are the pinnacle of goodness and humanistic wealth.

I never thought I’ll be here 

Especially those I thought cared for me, weren’t there when I needed them the most,

From this humble gratitude I celebrate a toast.

You are the Angel

At a time I never thought I could receive, 

Thank you for housing me when I felt so alone

As the qualities of kindness you show to the world. 

And if there were more of you out there

Then this world would be so much exuberant in flourishing in loving care.

‘Love’is my answer from God

God I love you

I am sad others don’t,

Yet I pray for them each day

As it’s not about me, it’s about what you say.

I love my Queen

I thank you for giving us to each other.

I love my hope to be close

As I want this more than most. 

You never forget us

Nor you never let us go,

It’s us like children, crying for perennial hope

Yet you are always there, giving us that rope.

You are the first 

And you shall return, even though your children don’t know when

When I cried and others rejected, you were all there and ultimately perfected.

What does it do for your life?

There is harmony when praying

It means there’s a Father inside of you.. frequently staying.

I love you Father

You are there when I cry and no one wants to know,

Living in a world where’s its commonly said: “I am alright jack.”

There is peace with the Father, who ultimately doesn’t  let you slack.

If you believe in God

You know there is a place he’s stays in your heart,

You always question others motives, even if you they are wrong 

Humility in the Father, isn’t that where we should all belong?

Losses?

Burns?

Disparity?

We have all been there before...

It’s not your fault, find peace with your Faith

Where there is God there is a time to breathe 

Humility shall hold you close, and through God you can also believe.

“Love is hopeful. Love is action

Love is whole and never come in fractions”🙏🏽❤️

Learning

Learning comes in different ways

Spiritually

Prosperously 

Humility

Even through looking what’s wrong to turn right

You have the skills to do what you aim to do

You need to know what you don’t want to do, from there is your clue,

It’s like deep thinking

It works for others, perhaps not just for me,

I don’t always need a chat

I rather have a clear spiritual focus in mind

From there I find balance, for what I see, I’ll acknowledge what is kind.

Yet we are all different 

Some more judgemental than other's,

Yet remove those who think they know better when they are unsure,

Yes logic tends to apply, yet Faith in the Father continues to strive,

Look at your needs and wants

Especially if you don’t know what to do, therefore don’t react;

Remember you are a child of God, who has all the patience for you to achieve your beautiful goals

Humility stays inside and toxicity deleted,

even if it comes from those you love 

Remember you are a winner in Gods kingdom, 

From there you shall receive a ‘learning of freedom’.

“Pray to God and remain calm. He will deal with your storm.. you just need to believe...”

Little wins

A good week 

Or bad week,

There is always a victory to be had

Yes, this diabetes situation is kind of mad?

 Blood sugars is our primary goal,

And we can’t let up, or even let go,

We are learning a art to keep us in the game,

We just don’t have a pancreas that’s working, and that’s ashame.

I want this condition to go away

 If I have it, I need to do my best,

I never asked for this happen to my body

And if you looked at me, you know I don’t even look at all shoddy! 🙏🏽

I love my life

I love the fact I have another chance,

Yes, diabetes is a pain, yet I refute it at a glance 🙏🏽❤️

Injections *poem from a type 1 with Diabetes 🙏🏽

The word could often make you cringe,

But saying you don’t you care, when you need to inject?

This condition is something else 

Calculating, exercising, thinking and reacting to stress

This thing called Diabetes can be quite hard to digress.

Learning about your state of mind

And learn about your body, especially when no insulin inside can be released,

Move on from the anger once this hormone is removed

You learn the art of injections, can cause quite a mood.

The art of the condition you constantly need to be on top,

Meaning you need to be analytical, wise and focused within,

Just like a Father in Heaven, when he brings you within.

Bless anyone with this condition 

It’s been the bane and educator of my humble being,

And when I inject, I now accept it for what it is

What do you prefer? staying alive? or argue (like the vaccine) why does this need to be done?

I prefer to be practical, positive and show an array of God’s love

Where there is a challenge like injecting to stay in the game 

Never let that get you down, that would only be a-shame. 

Admitting you were wrong 🙏🏽

To admit failure of yourself 

To admit you love the love you want to be with, and think you are right.

Always having solutions 

When all that person is want to be heard

Let the voice come out from this is more than a word.

Most of us think we know a subject we don’t 

Well that’s a loose term often said,

I like solutions, yet that person want’s to do is just talk 

It’s all about compromise, so work on it.....rather than walk?

I was wrong, even though I thought I was right,

I said stupid things to prove my correctness

Yet it was my ignorance which made me bloody feckless.

I pray to God for forgiveness 

As time needs to heal the words I said,

I haven’t got my house in order, so I  need to make this right 

Yet it’s free will to accept we are frail and made strong

God, the cornerstone, from there we belong. 🙏🏽

Night Poem

Good night, Sleep deep and true

I may be a fool in your eyes but inside I feel a little blue.

 I said the word “depression”, 

I wasn’t meaning that towards you?

Just expressing a feeling I had in the past 

I wasn’t putting you down, like holding our feelings down, like glue.

You have qualities, 

Yet peace and happiness I crave, 

I (like you) am a child of God

I need to ease the wave.

My love never stops 

And poetry will always be written,

Yet the words exchanged a moment ago, makes us both feel like we have been bitten.

Prayer x

When all fails... and who do we turn to??

You can’t lose hope 

Hope is the benchmark of faith.

Anger has no place on this challenged earth

And that trait hurts the deepest of paths 

And love of God eradicates damaging wraths.

We need to move on

We have no other choice, 

inflicting scares are protected by the will of God,

We can’t stay back and destroy what’s in front 

Their is redemption in God, when you face the crunch..

Don’t take it from me

Just believe in the Fathers’ calling 

Yes, there shall be tears 

From the breakage where your eyes shall be balling. 

Refute others anger 

Refute your anger within, 

That nasty spirit, the Devil

Will try to reign you in

Heaven of the Father, shall wash away the sin.

There be a day

There be a day our hearts beat as one

I can’t wait to be with you, rejoice and have fun.

We will work hard 

Love each other, each breathing moment of the day.

Divine I love you so much, what else can I say?

This hurts me, this distance we current face 

We are built for this, especially at this time and place.

My heart beats when I think your name

I don’t care what others might say,

Real people will be delighted for us, I know we shall be okay.

So many words need to be said

Praying for that moment to give someone a hug

Holding each other, affectionate as holding starts with a little tug.

Yes this is another poetic story for which I want to pray tell.

Prayers are my power to restore 

Love is my never ending motivator to bring out a smile

A moment we genuinely longed for... actually quite a while.

Don’t hold back praying

I the cornerstone when seeing the Father and staying,

I rather become strong following God, than move further away

Behold to the almighty, there I want to stay.

“God is my cornerstone; and my almighty redeemer. I am here to love my brothers and sisters the humble believer...” 

When lockdown ends

Isn’t those words, music to our ears?

14 months ago we were all so uncertain

We never though we would reach this stage, actually worsen?

There are those we have lost,

And others who have gained, 

Moving forward is the only way to refute this pest of a  stain.

Love is life  

And love should be always cherished,

Others don’t embrace those feelings 

God’s hope refutes any of us to have any bleeding.

Remain safe

Remain humble and true,

God has patience, and holds you close

If you refuse, then there’s a choice applying free will 

And when this is finally over, the past shall feel surreal.

We all have a purpose

But not all of us know it yet..

Stick in a job you don’t enjoy 

Yet there’s skills in you to deploy.

Be at peace with knowledge 

Faith in what you look too ache I’ve,

Actually believe in yourself fully 

And you’ll humbly receive.

A smile needs to be place 

Show the world you are great,

It delivers a new angle on you

Their is a career for you to pursue.

Project management?

Fitness instructor?

Events Coordination?

Doctor or Nurse?

Be kind to your goals 

Write down what you want to do

There are gifts the world are waiting for you.., and that’s no other clue..

So you worry about what you haven’t done?

Your time on this earth hasn’t overrun, 

Looking to where it went wrong

Why look it like that? You are here? You are alive?

This your time to open up and strive.

We are very good to knock others down

Cruel to be kind doesn’t have ANY worth,

Would you like that done to you?

Making the situation not easy to ensue.

Loving to love 

That’s much easier to overcome hate over hate,

Martin Luther king said it in a poem like this 

Loving, hoping, praying and kindness 

Refute the devils wants us to go towards blindness.

Stay close to God

And pray each moment you hold.

By loving to overcome hate, and any tyranny that needs to make bold.

All things considered...

Look at mental health?

Look at all lives matter?

Look at hope and pastoral health?

Look at finance through growing wealth? 

Focus love on others

Giving is worth more than receiving,

As hope in our Faith is aligned with believing.

Mental distortion does exist...

Especially trying times can  cause psychological  damage to the soul,

And people critiquing, does that really help?

I think not, an Angel will look over to try to protect

Be kind to those, presenting spiritual effect.

All Lives matter, and need to regarded 

Segregation appears apparent during times when others don’t believe what others values or believe,

People are more argumentative now as western culture is craving to receive.

Find happiness with God

Support those who need help,

Living in a complex world where others face blame?

And now we have the generation in front, 

show them the encouragement to embrace, 

it’s that simple, where there’s a Kingdom in heaven, .....there is a place.

All It takes is a little encouragement

Praying to God lifts us up high

Don’t judge what you haven’t done,

There is reason to love the higher power.

There is a reason to bring yourself to his might

There is harmony at the end of any fight.

I encourage you brother and sister 

You are so much loved by him,

Pray with all the brokenness which you fill

Because the Father will remove it, yes.. !!!!distill.

Don’t worry if hate is directed your way

You can only love and pray for them,

Keeping the devil always at bay.

Encouragement enlightens the soul

You are encouraged by us every step of the way,

Never hate, love the goodness you bring

There are many psalms from where the bible is able to sing.

You are brilliant and perfect with his knowing

Look at the Devil now, it’s you (yes you?) that will be glowing.

A Charming Prince

We will miss you

A Prince loved by all around the world;

A calming gent for his delightful Queen 

A legacy forever remembered, and so pristine.

An eloquent gentleman

A man who said “it as it is”,

His time on this earth shall be remembered to the fullest

His presence and adulation beautifully truest. 

God loves his children 

And he was a gentleman who truly stood out;

His aspiration and urge to do better for this earth

a welcome celebration from the time he was first given birth.

Thank you God for creating such a fine and wonderful man

His love, charity, humility and integrity filled,

Thank you Prince Phillip your heart has truly touched ours

Our Prince is going to heaven to rest in gentle peace

His strides for making this world a better place is a testimony, in the least.

Spend one day as a type 1 with Diabetes

I know we all have health problems 

Yes, type 1 diabetes could be no different,

Yet today I’ll tell you a story about my enzyme deficiency journey 

It’s pretty hard to explain, but hear me out, it’s pretty worthy...

Analysing every thing that you do

Then there is the eating part,

From that, you need to workout without guessing or ‘hit or miss’ clues.

One day at a time

That’s the only way this can be managed,

You are looking after your nerve-endings in the body, preventing further damage.

I have learnt so much about this auto-immune challenge

My personality likes to learn what’s happening inside my body,

Hope and prayers will one day take this condition away

But for now I embrace a difficult situation; which for now is here to stay.

A chat with God... 🙏🏽

You say you are weak,

Gods says you are strong,

You say leave me alone,

God says I love you, how can that be wrong.

You say why me?

God says I chose you,

You say why waste your time on me?

God says come to me, and you’ll be set free?

You say, go away

God says my door is open all of the time,

You say I am not coming your way

God says I am always here, opening up to me and you want to stay.

You say I’ve messed up 

God says repent, my arms are wide open,

You say, I mess up time and time again...

God says, you are my child please  come over here..

More importantly I am always there for you, nothing else to fear.

“God loves you, he is there 24/7 365 times a year... and some xx”

Defeating bitterness

A place none of us belong 

A humble journey is where we need to be,

Refute the devil 

And start to forgive yourself inside of thee.

None of us are perfect 

none of us always get it right,

Yet we are in that situation where we hate the past

And bring that to our future,

Yes, damage has been done 

Yet none of this anger could be regarded as fun.

Pray for forgiveness

Apologise for the anger relayed .

Are we not meant to be grown up and moving forward?

Bitterness, resentment are not meant to being untoward.

If like me, I wept and said sorry

And the reciprocal did the same,

Please find forgiveness and hope with God

There is peace, hope and light shining inside of you

God loves you so much, leave it with him, 

there’s no need for an earthly clue.

Health Outcomes

Some of us take it for granted 

Some of us burn the candle at both ends,

There is a fine line between pleasure and pain

It’s the youth of the mind that we find hard to contain.

Wisdom of your soul

Brings out your best,

Focus on the balance of your health,

Common sense should be applied and used...

But then again, a hard days work can lead to pain and bruise.

One day at a time 

Don’t run before you can walk,

Patience is key when it comes to you,

I’ve heard “I can’t help it, that’s the way I am made”

Yet it’s the impulsiveness which leads to mistakes which are hard to fade.

Speaking from experience, I live with Diabetes day to day

I thought I could carry on without thinking of my pancreatic needs,

This is a poem about you and your health, the only one you will ever have 

Remember to be kind to your body, heart and soul

Where there is a solace, health can align and show.

This day would have come... Victory🙏🏽

The son of God knew this day would arrive

He knew through the blood of the lamb the debt has now been paid

His resurrection was inevitable and his victory stayed.

This day belongs to the Lord

This day belongs to all our hope,

He shall never lose focus, he knew what the outcome would be?

For all our inequities, he has now set us all free.

The blood of the lamb

Washes away sins we have caused,

He knew from the moment he was born this sacrifice needed to take place;

The struggles of man who think they can rule

Jesus our saviour wasn’t anybody’s fool.

The moment he said “it is finished”

The victory was won and then risen on the third day, 

God proved he exists from all what he’s son had done 

Rejoice and celebrate this day, for the battle is now won. 🙏🏽

He is always there

I spoke with God

And asked: “why does bad things happen to good people?”

Crying and desperate, as I wanted to shout

“I am staying with you”  the Father says 

“Please stay with me, the pain will soon move away.”

“People can be horrible”

“People can he hurtful” I yelped in a cry

The Father was then holding me closely 

The tears erasing forever slowly.

“I don’t love myself God, why do you love me?”

A hard lesson to learn

The bible is what you need to discern.

The Father adores you 

You are his greatest creation,

Moving forward with his guidance and love,

The beauty of direction brings you calm

The Father in heaven loves you so so much

When he lays his hand on you, you know it’s through his protecting touch.

Diabetes hope

Yes, I face challenges when I have a condition to consistently balance.

Carb counting 

Blood testing

And then the correct dose from the insulin and needle 

It’s not a game, it’s life that we cannot wheedle.

Trying to understanding this condition you have underlying and need to comprehend

It’s more than shoving food in your face,

Chocolate doesn’t combat the woes, it leaves the sugary fats inside

Learn more about the condition, it doesn’t need to feel like tirade or tide.

The condition is chronic

Uncertain in fact,

Yet there is a determination 

Where you need to look at solutions where you are at.

Is it unclear what I am trying to say?

Of course, it’s a condition from which that person needs to fight each and every day.

Learning about calculations, calibration, blood sugar testing and finally that moment of eating

This type 1 with diabetes will continue to fight and carbs that I refute anyone from defeating.

“Life with type 1 diabetes or diabetes in general is complicated, no matter how articulate I am about the condition, all people must understand that ‘you own diabetes, not diabetes owns you’.”

A day to saviour

A day of peace

A day of rest,

We are always facing some kind of tests.

Yet with love there is hope

And hope brings out love,

Regardless how cynics feel

The feeling inside can be surreal.

The day of wonder

A day for rejoicing,

Brothers and sisters together 

It’s nothing to do with magic or spells

Gods’ love always pray tells. 

I saviour the day when the coming of the King arrives 

Especially during these times of politics and cynicism 

Which often brings an argument fraught

I prefer to pray, that’s the Father whom I love to be taught.

No looking back

The debt has now been paid,

Look towards the Father

At a time when all on Calvery betrayed.

Yet the battle was won

The gentiles thought victory belonged to them,

Jesus, our sovereign King

Bringing a victory that came from more than within.

Believe it or not God has your back,

Go to him....

None of us could ever reach his perfection 

This Good Friday showed the world of his amazing resurrection.

Distance and Gods timing

What can we say when distance is part of the equation?

And when looking towards hope is an abstract of any connotation.  

Yet the idea is to be one 

You there snd I am here,

Yet it’s God’s timing we need to rely on 

As we shed no fear.

You are my Queen 

And I am your King,

No subservience meant in that phrase 

God is the cornerstone as my mind is in a happy daze.

We both love God

And we love each other,

The time we shall meet

There’s a greeting of magnifique we shall embed into one;

The Father brought us together

And that day will arrive some time soon

My heart sees this picture, like looking towards the moon.
