As long there is positive movement
Then the chaos subsides
Time in God is where you confide.
Activity is great
Silence serves us the pause,
We go to work and early our daily wage
Relaxing is the result
And then there is that playful stage.
Be kind, respectful we are not all the same,
That’s gods teaching to be liberal and for learning
Balance comes with prayer and discerning.
Calmness relaxes the heart
If others do not care,
then reflect, and care for your health
Others angst, is not your spiritual wealth.
