You are closer to God, through the recovery you’ve abstained.
You have the height to live
To have the hope to drive,
You are wonderfully created by God and you are more than alive.
Your mum is holding your hand
Your hope is time to go forth,
Be patient, simply take your time
What is behind you shall be left there to recline.
Be hopeful to God
Acknowledge he is with you all of the time,
May the eyes of the window see you through
Tomorrow is another day, where God’s hope shall simply do.
