Praying for those who remove you

I pray for love

I pray for time to reflect,

I pray for the calmness to always be found 

And that others are not consumed and not drowned. 

I pray for those who dislike my acts

I pray for their forgiveness from the overwhelming tact.

I pray for those who dislike my spirit 

I pray for help and that God captures within it.

I pray for you to be loved and that you feeling all the time

I pray for inner peace through to the body heart and soul

And that God has always got you, and that you won’t let go.

Praying for hope

I can’t sleep

I cannot sleep

I cannot hold onto a simple task,

I am looking for respite, how long shall this last?

I am tired

Weary to the point of turning to auto pilot,

I need to restore through prayer and God’s will

I feel jaded and yet somehow surreal.

Please do not forsake me Father, I’ll refute any contraband.

I need hope

I need peace of mind,

I need to pray that little bit more,

This hurt can’t continue, as I am looking to restore.

But we can’t avoid the questions where answers are not there,

The fight is controlled by the father as well as a burning distort..

Called a narcissist

I was called a narcissist by a someone very close

Grieving has an impact, where words have telling about us, the most.

Lord you protected me during that onslaught, that attack

I felt sorry for that person as they had some else’s back.

Scared and unknowing 

Belittled when I changed my mind,

It wasn’t about lending money, it was that word that was alarming to hear about myself, that’s what I find?

I just want protection 

I just want to be okay, 

I have broken down this season, where my tears of a loss shall finally be washed away.

People appear and turn to be your family, not always the blood side, that can lead to strife.

Speak up

Don’t hold it in

If you are judged, avoid the uneducated, unless they want to learn

There is a prayer out there from which you permitted to discern.

Do what you need to do to get the message out

It’s hope for others in what’s inside of you,

Clearly you don’t need the harm of the cause

But then again? Please don’t pause.

The time is yours 

As well as the condition too, 

I was told by my parent not to speak always about my diabetes which causes harm

I clearly told them where to go, as you’ll suspect the words did not go down a charm.

There is hope when you speak up

Support the fight you are facing 

And pray to God through the trails you are pontificating.

Opening up about mental health and diabetes for me is a release 

So when others say “keep that under your hat”, ignore that those words, your mental health shall overcome the beast.

Please be kind to others 

Their stories of health shall not be suppressed, 

Open up to the right source 

You shan’t regret, nor have any remorse.

Take your time when struggles arrive

We need to get better and learn to become alive,

So tomorrow is the better day, but work on today first, 

Health is a delicate subject, it’s priceless as we look to avoid it getting any worse.

Lost my job, but just got paid

Actually my father has left me and rested with the almighty who stayed.

But I am not done this alone,

As breakage is there for an almighty reason.

You may love them

Is that a bad thing? As long as others can accept your feelings

and what I meant is truly move away,

I need to be with the Father in heaven

humble your heart, but remember you are no longer age of eleven.

A glass of ouzo

A glass of ouzo hits you like a small glass of Jamaican rum

Light-headed now, as you end up having some sun-kissed fun.

You are blessed with a spirit

More than you know,

I am struggling God with this drink 

As there’s plenty for us to think. 

We take our time

For better or for worse

An ouzo consumes a light headedness, and that’s not the curse.

I sleep with a class by side

Being with God I’ll never subside,

So here is a toast and for me, you and it’s most

Here’s to my relaxing glass of ouzo, from there I shall impartially boast.

You keep us on our toes with your politics and wit

You are actually a funny git.

However, pleased to have you as a friend

I won’t ask for money,  or ask if you to depend,

But if I do? I do it with a urgent request

You are a funny sod like I’ve said plus the best.

You are my mate I am honoured to have known

Now I shall stop being soppy and one day, for how short I am, I will eventually grow.

So enjoy this day

There are seasons plus reasons

Take your time 

And take your time some more,

Hug me forever 

Those things are never enough , so can I have some more?

Close your eyes and sleep

Enough until you restore,

I am a little tired in the body, heart and mind 

that doesn’t warrant  me to being kind?

I need my time to reflect

Perhaps go to work to forget what is at home,

having that moment your body is recovering like a warrior Sloane.

Look through the windows and see

Pray to the father, he has authority of the powers we see.

Training and praying

Training and praying 

The best ingredient in the book,

Believe in a higher power, go on, take a look.

I train to love god

And he loves me when I do try,

This is a motive for you to continue to release these words when I cry.

The power is to love 

The power is to keep it real, 

The power training to focus the mind

Isn’t it pray that you look to find?

When thugs go wrong, train

It resets the mind relaxes after an intense release, 

Think about it, your prayer has defeated the devil at the very least.

Open up, express

Do not mute, 

The lord loves you, this is more than holding information to commute.

Learn to speak 

Write and plan your path,

You are expressing love, so you are not part of any wrath.

I need love 

I need to enjoy,

Express with literacy 

And blessed prayer of humility.

I need to move forward

Open up with love and hope

And if you don’t open up, don’t encase 

You are a child of god, speak up and now embrace.

One more step

Make sure it’s treaded without any haste

There is a magnificence without a base.

Can we take our time 

Can we step without losing touch,

Can we learn to move forward, without causing offence too much.

Can we learn to accept

Or connection gets in the way?

We are holding onto hope, and leaning towards any chance to fray.

There is prosperity in kindness 

Faith has its views without blindness.

Try not to elevate any encouraging words to refute harm.

The father gives you hope 

And this ia offered with a solid hug, 

Hold me close Lord, it’s been too long for being called a “mug”.

It’s a gift much better than any material gift

God is looking from far, near and over there.

This is not a cliche 

These words that we say “one day at a time,”

It’s a morale of fact and doesn’t cost a dime.

Take your time 

The Father has got this, 

he is the one who decides 

Leave it with faith, this covered where you shall receive a almighty surprise.

Love with all your heart

Love with depths of your soul that only God can touch

There is an answer to your questions, which to the creator does so much.

So when life takes a turn

You will avoid the devils burn,

Love and thrive with a prayer

Time to fly

and where there’s time to decide to move away

And that the cheers behind lead to an almighty hooray.🤔

One door closes 

And so another one shall open, 

One needs to be at peace 

Missing lost ones is heavens angels, there to release.

Be kind to you

Be kind to others,

Become loving by his grace 

There is a gracious humbleness that we shall incase.

Learning today
