God provides gifts

They look good to most of us,

Yet it’s through the perennial hope there is a need to trust.

You can get hit

Fall down in fact

However, you’ll rise again,

The perils of failure are a distant past

Move forward, the Devil wants you to wear a deceptive mask.

And tomorrow you remain firm,

Learn from the struggles, as well to stay stern.

If others don’t understand, then do that kind thing,….. pray

Beware

Never ending, and a surreal goodbye.

We shall meet again

We love God today and the day after next,

Try to pray for those who don’t understand you, from the moment they make you become vex.

We have all made mistakes 

It’s the people that allow you to move on,

Mother Earth are the protectors but they too get it wrong.

The fact is, you are allowed to fail

You are allowed to trip, please learn for the lapse

Our daily fix

Some it’s a prayer

Some it’s a cigarette and a coffee 

Others it’s working out with a park run

For others it’s a moan, and then some.

For others it’s following God and reading a chapter in the bible,

For others it’s holding it together when going to work for the tasks they are set,

For others it’s that torrid thing for going in the bookies for that uncertain bet.

For life is a mystery

Some stable for the path set in stone,

For others it’s meeting the maker, the final chapter when you have the honour to see him on the throne.’

For those fixes I’ve said 

Stay true to God’s ultimate word,

Time will pass, no stone goes unturned 

Despite what you presume, the fixes of life is where the hope inside of you is where Jesus shall be returned.

People who over complicate

Why over complicate things?

People saying too many variables through lack of patience and prolonged anticipation.

Isn’t processes meant to be simple?

or the language is complex like a symbol.

Why do people do this?

Answer their own question, and then ask for a response?

A back to front reply, this causes chaos on the others bonce.

I like to work silo

Put a simple process in place.

Yet 1,2 and 3’ yet concentration isn’t for all to be designed to help, as they don’t get the extra step where I can see.

It’s all politics 

A prolonged debate,

Nothing straight forward 

Just an addition of words which don’t need to be there

Can’t people get on with it? Especially when the answer is available to help and care.

Make each day count with prayers followed by good decisions, 

Remember radical change is never easy, take your time for the next move

Don’t put it on you

Give it all to God,

He will guide and show you mercy

He will endeavour to make this new walk more sturdy.

Don’t take it all on your own,

One day we shall look up on the Father’s throne.

Do you really think the Lord forgets you? You have free will to avoid tying you in a knot.

Find a new way

Do not panic, people can make you timid and make you nervous

Pray for those people, the Devil thoughts are pretty worthless.

Imagine a day in a type 1s shoes

Imagine maths is your master, and that involves God

Fathoming behaviour and food intakes, and the intakes when others decide to prod.

Imagine your maths is quick like a summer breeze

Don’t be embarrassed having this condition, especially when you sneeze.

You have lots to contend 

Having diabetes you don’t need to understand why others offend.

They don’t understand 

They don’t know how you feel,

They think you are being dramatic, and not at all surreal.

This condition is one day at a time 

A time when others try to control,

And your laid back attributes does go with the flow.

A time lapses 

Hypo or hyper will occurs,

Surround yourself with kind people who try to understand, 

Humbleness in God to manage this is what I comprehend.

Who do we take for granted?

Proper smashed 

And then Trauma unfolds,

The last word is with God from where the truth needs to be told.

As time surpass

Your head will feel more like yours,

Expressions

Some express through music

Some express through cooking a meal

Some express through a prayer for themselves and others

And others express themselves through poetry or spoken word 

God’s heart is to overcome all obstacles which we think are absurd.

Expression is a release

Sculpture to create an Angel for all to see

Or expression through sport where the battle needs to be won

And victory through love is the only way for some.

The fact is expression is prayer

And with prayer comes a release,

Where there is love, you also need to fend off the beast.

Express from the heart

Never let they go,

If you find your niche, then simply hold on

There is more of an expression, as well as a bond.

The ultimate test,

We can try to move forward

We know we can’t own time

00:03 was the time the doctor confirmed passing which I was told.

I’ll remember you until I do eventually pass

The efforts you offered to myself and to my family

A Swiss maestro 

A genius in his own right,

There’s no way he would face defeat when he knew victory beckons

Wimbledon 2003, the year which started off this legend.

Classic matches with Nadal, Rodrick, Djokovic and Murray

Despite the circumstances, he didn’t appear in a hurry.

That classic match 2017

The Australian open final with his ailing foe Nadal

Back and forth, and at the last he looked like he would fail,

Yet with his backhand smooth and forehand to point 

It’s was like a blessing from God, where he just got anoint.

This magnificent artist of the modern game

We all have our memories, which one did you shall go down the hall of fame?

2009 French open triumph to complete the grand slam?

Or that golden period in the 2000s when he was virtually impervious? 

Or the inaugural win in 2003?

For me personally, it was his play, an immaculate artist on the tennis court, simply set free.

A particular person is not around,

The route of evil

Yes we need money, to a degree,

It’s through the hope of God your destiny becomes free.

What’s the point? You may ask

You are right and they are wrong!

Pride before the storm, where do you truly belong? 

Live your life with hope and pride

A release of words denies any over arching pride.

Not a turbulence which leads down a slippery slope,

When you least expect

God’s voice is paramount 

A voice of change shall suddenly appear,

All things can surprise us 

With God, he’s presence is a must.

An Angel appears

No money or food on the table,

All appears lost and a little blinded 

Yet through his miracles, we can become dumbfounded.  

The storm will crash 

The harshness unmanageable,

Yet unexpected change shall speak

That’s not will of man, that’s the spirit which God can only reach.

The eyes of a child we all are

Strength is brought by the son of man,

Despite all that happens

It’s your time.. yes you..

Rather looking down the barrel which you can no longer stare.

To be fair? the last couple of years have been pretty harsh,

People not knowing where they stand in the world that we live,

Reactive panics, which isn’t all good

Rushing in blindly, I suppose others have that trait, so perhaps could?

So here is the answer…God is kind 

And God is so gentle,

But God can tell you off if you hurt home of his own

Remember, one day we shall meet him and eternally never be alone.

Despite the pain you are others through 

Would you want that for yourself? Some do care and others don’t,

As long as you say a prayer each day, and refute that saying “don’t leads to won’t”.

I suppose we live at times which is so challenging and discerningly.

Aren’t we suppose to support each other?

As we know strength comes from within,

Love is power 

Love is strength that we don’t always acknowledge,

It would be boring if we where the same

Summer is soon approaching, a time to be humbled by grace and pace

I think they call it charades

And then there is volleyball 

And badminton to chase a shuttlecock 

Laughter when diving, not to make a mock.

These are just a few options 

There can also be a game of cards,

And the option to have a pray before 

Through the love of God you can enjoy so much more.

An era that brought in coloured TV

Yet at the start you saw snooker in Black and White,

And there was Muhammed Ali and Joe Frazier having those three epic fights.

The King died in 1977,

I was only four then but remembered that surreal day,

Mum was crying as I asked: “Has Elvis gone away?”.

Sunderland won the FA Cup when I was born

And England’s reign as World Champions in 1970 came to an end, by the West Germany by two goals to three,

As Brazil regained the Jules Rimes trophy in a glorious Aztec stadium for the whole world to see.

The hottest summer was in 1976

As computer games back then weren’t often in the mix,

There were the pools to entice a gambling spree 

And there was cheap drinks on a Saturday afternoon where that nonsensical topic politics was discussed, causing others to disagree.

There were chats rather than taking your phones out

Music from the new seekers, Rod Stewart and ABBA 

And there were the Sugarhill Gang with that hit ‘rappers delight’

Uplifting music that started our day so bright.
