Do not feel alone
Even if your heart says something else,
You are with me now, an angel which is in the mists
Knowing you shall be protected and never dismissed.
Don’t feel the sadness of being alone
There is a father in who is constantly shown,
Fighting your battles every step of the way
Be kind to your heart as I know there’s plenty more to say.
Be gentle to you
You can be your hardest critic to endure,
There is a battle constantly faced, and this punishment you don’t need to hold onto anymore.
We have all been there
Struggling to know if hope is there to hand,
Remember you are loved and beautiful… these words are stronger than the places you look to stand.
