No matter who you are
The spirit is asking you to get close,
The tears will gush out, and the pain does leave,
Believing is something pivotal through the ‘new hope’ you shall feel you shall receive.
No matter how ungrateful you are
The spirit is never far,
You have fought and have said ‘this and that’ about your life,
The Father gives you a chance to remove past sins which caused plenty of strife.
He has got you
That is the plain and simple truth,
Look at me, I fell in love with a beautiful woman called ‘Ruth’.
So as you wonder what is next to say,
Perhaps say nothing, be still in the night of day,
Remembering God has got you, and there’s nothing in the way…
