Learn to discern
The simple act to learn right from wrong,
I can’t justify getting carried away, Lord it has always been you, thanks for humbling my heart today.
I care for people
And then cry when the mock takes place,
Speak to God ‘first’ that is wisdom…and not at all haste.
Blessed are you
And blessed are our lives when you speak to God first,
The hope you have in your heart is humbling,
Avoid the euphoric recall
We are here to get closer to God, before we face the chance to fall.
Consider this poem as a prayer
There is plenty to honour God for when you say when you declare.
I pray for forgiveness as I want to walk the line the son of man,
Thank you for saving a wretch like me
As I pray for the ones who read this where they can please set them free.
