But don’t let it be your ultimate fate,
The cannula can be wearing
As you are looking to endure and feel less fearing.
The pump can be good
But my experience isn’t always positive as I felt it would.
The ratios
The weight of what you are,
The positives don’t always outweigh the negatives from what I did find
The blessings are not fundamental, as hypos are not at all kind.
Help me with this bloody condition; I can only take it for so long,
Then again I pray it will be removed, as the pump treatment can be too aggressive as inside of me at the point it doesn’t belong.
Type 1s do struggle that’s part of the cause
Learning to move forward should never be a pause,
So would I go onto another pump? I am not quite sure
Needles I may revert back too, as that process can be easier and that bit more secure.
