Quiet reflection before the new year.

​​Having some quiet time before the new year arrives,
We have done our best for this year, as time passes and move into 2026 to pick up past challenges and then look to strive. 

For me, I overcome addiction 
For me I gave it my best shot and I did well, 
There are still things I need to achieve, as this story continues to have a fairytale. 

You love who you love
And ignore who want to, as you pray afar
There is no more remorse, just guarding the spiritual attack 
The most important thing is that God has got your back. 

I have many great people
People who live today as tomorrow they may not be around
I feel this story I am relaying is apt, and quiet reflection that is profound. 

I have shut people down 
And have received the same response in return, 
As long I say my prayers for the people I have met on this journey I have endured
My Dad and other lost ones, who are looking down and through blessings have secured.

Your journey

No journey is lonely

God is with you every step of the way,

Ignore the thought  you shall be alone,

That isn’t true, God has the final say despite that drone.

 

You are an amazing person

But a great journey starts with someone being alone,

I have been there before, when punches hit my face

And I have taken it with anguish but I believe hardness comes from  embrace.

 

The journey can be long

And words won’t be said after this,

These days people don’t live a sheltered life, and if they did, then that’s unhealthy,

I know when I pray to God I feel nourish and spiritually wealthy.

 

You are never alone,

And if you feel that way, move with the times,

Negative conversation won’t help you lift your soul

That job is for your higher power, from there you shall often grow.

​How’s it been? 2025
Felt like a challenge? or are you still upbeat and feel you are still alive?

2025, a year where we once again we have lost some greats;
Looking towards your mortality and discover a few new traits. 

2025, started with 21 days with prayer, 
A higher power encouraging you, fighting through prayer with every step, 
goodbye 2025, 2026 shall be soon arriving next. 

With people messing up, and fortunes change when you least expect,
All we can do is pray and try our best, start a conversation with positive words, at a point we look to reset. 

Goodbye to another year
So do not worry, and do not fear
May the heavens touch your heart, and sleep gently during times we veneer.

2026… a Year to achieve dreams

​23:59 hours and the clock ticks
Time of the past is fading just as fast as hope starts to hit. 

A new day and the start of a new year
God is always omnipresent, as time stops for no one, so look to continue to steer. 

I won’t always help, but I shall say a prayer
And if you see a prayer helping, then you see? I’ve always been there. 

People looking down at us, 
Protecting us, when you want them present with us at this time
But they were no longer well, as this time is to celebrate, so for you is to see the hope to unwind.

We do our best, 
And if its not good enough, then we shall try again,
No point looking at the past for what you haven’t achieved, 
so look forward their are new horizons to travel towards … so start to believe.

​Why do I love you?
Not sure why… actually yes I do,
God got involved and for you and I we shall imbue.

Why do I love you?
Because you are beautiful and have a big heart for the Lord, 
Jesus is the way maker and the founder of our love
We are from different words, but through the Father we as two become one. 

Why do I love you?
Because you are kind and want to help,
I can’t stop thinking about you every second of the day,
Lord, I love my darling so much one day we shall be with each other.. and then we shall stay.

Why do I love you?
Because Jesus is in your heart, 
Your beauty comes from the Lord 
The hope we have for each other is to serve the Father in heaven…. And for that never to be ignored.

Aspirations in 2026

​2025… we say Goodbye,
Will this be the end of a period in your life?
Or shall you aspire, learn and look to strive?

2025, we have lost many greats
We have also lost people who were quiet and won’t say a word, 
The angels will capture them as the heavens await its turn. 

You will say goodbye, you want them to return
But you know they are in a better place, as prayers are the cornerstone to discern. 

You say goodbye and say hello too, 
Their be births that will hit your tired eyes, 
But the evolvement man or woman should never be a surprise. 

You say a prayer, and look to treat like you would like to be treated yourself,
And It’s not about ‘I’, it’s about we, 
And for those who are blind in faith are still able to see,
What do we anticipate next? God has the answers for where you ought to be.

2026… here we come

​2026.. Another year of anticipation 
For some this year been great, others good and for some bad
We are all working this timeline to avoid being angry or even mad. 

So we haven’t done what we aimed to do… As there is always 2026
Time will soon pass, and life amongst us all will soon become transfixed. 

Wishing each other well I truly believe that is the case, 
I am sorry the past hasn’t been great, yet it’s the new dawning we look to embrace. 

We are each getting older
Which none of us can deny, 
People getting involved in our business, but the fact is you need to let ‘sleeping dogs lie’.

You move forward 
Find the way for what works for you, 
Ask yourself questions and get to know the answer through facts said, 
If you discus as in terms of debate, then.. goodbye I am off to bed.

I want peace
But I live in South East London, I shall never get that,
I pray to be with God one day, but there’s this year to see through 
And welcome 2026, a year which I pray in God’s name you and others shall ensue.

Every day is a blessing

​Every day I see the light 
But knowing I had to come through the darkness that weren’t so bright.

People gave their two penneth worth, saying in their claim tones “It shall all be okay”
I was pretty fed of people, and wanted them to go away.

I didn’t want their opinion or coming up with solutions,
I am a pretty deep thinking after all, with a goal that’s not do far away
I just wanted the heavens to take me sooner, but the Lord said: “For now on earth, you are here to stay”.

Going through sobriety and grief 
I wanted God’s calling, that would have been muc such a relief,
Yes, keep going, I understand that
But there’s more to praying and going to the gym. 
I wanted to be with the ones I lost and remove anyone living within. 

But today, I am here
Grateful, humble and looking for a sign
I know the Father in heaven’s message to us all ‘Don’t worry you shall be fine.’

​Half a decade has passed, 
Where has the time truly gone, 
You live for today and save for later
And then wait for what’s coming next 
Try for something new and perhaps hold back on forthcoming text.

We don’t know when this shall be are last day, 
live for today, and don’t be so much on guard, 
I am praying for these words to flourish, nothing can cause you to do any more harm.

Hold back!
Why?
Keep trying and do your best
You are a child of the almighty, and worth more… not less. 

Have fun
Do something that may apprehend you, 
Something in the depths of your heart
this world is for keeps and 2 more days to go for this year
If you are concerned, then allow the Lord to take away your fears.

There is a time when you know

​Pray and let it flow
I can’t hold back anymore, 
Speak the truth of God, the one I know who is connected to my heart
Knowing you can always be with him, a hope I find lovingly and rest assured 
Feeling a blessing is worth any price, if not? More.

I keep going
I do not care, 
Actually let me rephrase that, evil eyes should never dare. 

At times I have felt no one was there when losses took place, 
I was in a situation where I couldn’t see at all, in this lifecycle race. 

I wanted God
I felt he left, 
Am I feeling sorry for myself, perhaps? 
Then again the journey we all face shall delve in some form of lapse. 

I listen to those I want to 
But I never ignore God because that’s my peace and light,
I thank him for the blessing received
Blessed are those who are open to surrender and receive.

Why do I spend alone time

​Alone time is reflection
It’s your time between you and God,
Others can get involved, you only need them to say a prayer on your behalf,
The discovery of finding you time is merely the start.

There is peace
There is joy you seek to capture from God, 
The omnipresent spirit who loves you, and you can never truly ignore.

They may be a suit for you, do not banish what they face, 
or perhaps say nothing through no words to be exchanged
Focusing on the Father where plenty can be changed. 

Be the best version of yourself 
Your journey is the work that comes from you,
Yes, speak to someone to release your words, 
Then pray for action when finding yourself from this time you relearn.

​There is always something else in this thing called ‘life’.
Searching for a goal to achieve 
When it’s the higher power is where you receive. 

Be at peace with God
And that will bring to another place entirely,
The belief in the Father shall bring you to that place of hope and direction,
God is your guidance and his son the true in perfection.

We walk this journey
Never know when it shall end, 
Looking for that specific something? so pray as that idea may prayerfully ascend.

So as we start the week and year with hopes and inspiration, 
2026 will soon arrive as the Father in heaven is our ultimate aspiration.

And never die,

They live in our hearts and never perish despite their demise, 
God is with them always, for most of us that’s never a surprise.

You are a child of the Father, to him you are ultimate worth.

Expression is your aim, 
We all need to express our kindness, its motives are never tame.

​Why do we keep going on?
Because there is a life to see, 
You are child of the almighty, and when you pray, that’s the time you are free. 

Yes, there is that ‘wind up’ that person… who may feel good about themselves for a bit
But personally, they are looking foolish, and inside they are like puss coming from a zit. 

You need to take it back if you give it out from the start
God is with you always, So you ignore those who are fickle and think they are blindly smart. 

Yet you find your way
And you find the path that God asked you to go towards, 
You have free will to decide, where sometimes you rise and sometimes you shall fall. 

Time is yours to enjoy
You don’t need something to guide you to that ‘other’ devilish place
When you say your prayers, there is a walk you may be scared off when you initially start
Trust in God, will all the love that comes from your heart.

​There is a reason to live
And there is a reason to shine your light,
you are here to stay positive and show your vulnerable side, 
There isn’t a person who hasn’t been born who is also waiting to die.

There is a life you possess 
There is a life which you own,
Don’t be scared child, God is here and you shall never walk alone. 

You are here to live
Do not despair when things go wrong, 
Free will is your gift from God; so decide what road you choose to walk 
I know God is living inside of all, accept that as a blessing from me to you
The light of journey is waiting for you to ensue.

Get on with it, 
Well? It can be more complex than that, 
Be around those who encourage you, and attempt to make a decision on your own
For better or for worse, the risk shall always be there, just accept you are a child of God but have also grown.

Next Generation

​We can only encourage
Nothing less or nothing more, 
We can tell our stories when we were growing up
But we now live in a different era when it took time to disrupt. 

We were more methodical
Not that pacy, 
And if you were, then you were ahead of your time
But speed can only last for so long, hence eventually leading to stress where we unwind.

The speed we see today
Is a combination of youth that get things done so fast
But this generation needs to understand rest also needs to last. 

We live in unprecedented times 
Nothing lasts forever, even these words come with a timeline. 

So be at peace
And remember balance is always key, 
Stay kind to you and others
And remember we all on this road to discover.. sisters and brothers.

Why?

Aren’t you big enough to accept that life is what you pursue.

People can f@ck you up,
People do that all of the time,
They don’t care for your feelings, yet you shall overcome by not being a victim, so remove the tears which are called grime.

People are who they are, 
Some good
Some bad
Some impartial and say little, 
You are a child of God first and foremost, that potential to feel brittle. 

You look to life and try
You look to life and love who you are, 
If you cry, you cry alone,
Stop wallowing in self pity, otherwise you shall continue feel sorry for yourself and moan.

​That glimmer of hope
The one you never thought you shall see, 
You thought you were in control, and you shall say: “What will be, will be.”

That glimmer of hope
The one you never thought you’ll reach, 
Say a prayer and capture the value you once use to teach.

You would give advice, 
Speak you mind and the truth,
Now the rocky road to recovery is something we need to do with all our heart and soul
That epiphany of realisation, and the path we seek to start and regrow.

May the world shine it’s light on you, 
And that God is lifting your soul every step of the way, 
There is always love hovering around,
Don’t block it, you may receive some solace and humble yourself… that attribute shall never astound.

You need to keep going….

​It’s never easy….this thing called ‘Life’
Trauma caused even by you, admit to it and never go back to that place again
You never know who you will meet on this road that you are unsure of, but then we look to send.

Life can be hard
And life can be great, 
Life can also be uncertain, and can’t always be your friend… or what others call ‘ a mate.

Life is a chance to learn
And a way to learn about every step of the way, 
Avoidance to judge others, tears shall eventually leave after delving to stay.

Learn the deal
Learn the love, 
Learn to say ‘it’s going to be okay’
Love is perennial, the easiest and hardest thing to release
I know now I love God first, for once I know I am no longer the ungrateful beast.

Wonderful Christian journey

​Love is love 
And that part takes you to places you never imagined, 
We have been beaten and often bruised, 
Yet through the Lord, we can do good and should never refuse. 

Be kind to you, 
I know it’s hard, but you need to start somewhere, 
The Lord is protecting every step of the way
We are that humbled, so embrace this romantic yet fulfilling stay. 

Yes, we are hard on ourselves
The light of coupling is never the easiest road to endure, 
But through the lord, you understand its purpose that little bit more. 

We live and then we die
We understand who we are, but with the Father is should not at all lie. 

As this day is blessed with love and hope 
Let’s pray first and see what’s in-store, 
I do not want to argue or fight anymore, 
The blessings from the Father we should never ignore.

​Promise now and forget later…
You are going in with kindness, but the words could lead to being a bit weightier.

It’s kind of funny 
When someone doesn’t stick to their actions, 
This life should be taken serious regardless of the age you have reached,
Prayerfully you need to humble and practice what you aim to preach.

Stop, listen  and then  act what you say,
God is always hearing you, those words have a way to stay.

We laugh when it turns into a joke
Assuming they don’t know what they are saying, like a drunken and blinded bloke.

So as those are the words which made me and my partner laugh so hard,
I am off now to chill, yet the memory of that shall never be discharged.

Praying, discerning and looking to share. 

I have met some big characters, 
People who I never imagined I would have ever met,
I never thought I was better than them, but the brokenness inside of me found new brothers and sisters to reset.

Thank you for being you
Thank you for gracing me with your time, 
I have never met such a wonderful set of people who were so broken and looked towards their higher power to seek and find. 

People will leave 
And people will go, 
Laughter from a difficult situation is often the case
If you haven’t been there, then the questions are always welcome but then again, we were the people who confront the situation head on.. that is what we have faced.

​Looking back
Or going forth?
You do not need to understand what I am about to say,
God is with you always, where sleepy hearts lay.

We pray we all reach heaven 
Being saved is what it’s all about,
“Just be a good person” that is part of the plan
Surrendering to God that’s the place I prefer to choose to stand.

Life has had its ups and downs 
Isn’t that part of living, just move on
We have all made mistakes as the weak do eventually turn strong. 

Take your time 
You aren’t in a rush,
We each have strengths and weaknesses, we just need to refine,
Just take it a little easy, relax and simply chill
The day ahead is yours to endure, love is love that is the aim I like to feel.

​I thought people didn’t care
Praying for God to always be there,
I messed up, and pushed others away 
I actually didn’t know that always wanted to help and stay.

I was in limbo
Lost in fact,
Lost amidst the tide which strayed
I lost faith as nothing looked to get mended on the concrete my head would lay.

I am sorry, 
I hope you can forgive me…my friend,
I only thought it was God to whom I could depend.

But God brought me you

The light of the world, as the Father inside us shall always defend.

Lewisham… chaos

​Lewisham…
The place where activity is loud and happening the most,
Where the nosy locals love gossip
Which results with the aftermath for those who have lost it.

The smell of chicken and chips and Wetherspoon alcohol engage the masses,
Jesus would have his work cut out 
As bread and fish would be a struggle for what these locals need to go about.

It’s not a place where you have peace
Wind up merchants are often around,
You need to ignore them or put an laxative in their drink,
The toilet beckons and their enzymes will be destroyed and they would often blink. 

Lewisham….
Where the people are tired and have a do or die approach, 
Balancing behaviour is the biggest challenge, as peace only comes from the minority which shall be encroached.

​We all face that moment of peace 
We all crave that moment of light,
We have all been caught in something spiritual, as God loves our hurts, yet endorses our fight. 

The blessings are poured 
Repast of hearty food to fatten you to the max,
You have the capacity to allow God in, there is nothing damaging he can’t extract.

Push with your heart
Conditions that are all around,
I just want us to all get better and live this life we often complain,
It’s only God who is able to bless us for us to be able to sustain.

The tears
The anger
The laughter, they all release,
Remember there is light in the world where we are able to tame the inner beast.

Sobriety and the other side of Christmas

​There can be noise
There can be a bit of chaos, 
Too much drink which is flowing in the body, heart and soul
Yet it’s only one place it is able to go!

The moment to celebrate a child over 2000 years ago born, 
I am not too bothered if the date is incorrect due to other biblical teachings
I am remaining in peace, and not those mindless arguments that come and go… which is most fleeting. 

We are together as one
Together to rejoice to the birth of the king, 
Born in a manger and called: ’the great counsellor, Emmanuel ‘God with us’
The only direction we are able to entrust. 

This day is precious but there are many others head, going forth, 
We may or may not accept the mistakes we have made, 
There is always a trade off, especially when euphoria mixes in the trade.

What does that mean?
We all have traits that others won’t understand, 
so the point is, ignore that, the next steps are the most important ones that we can lay to hand.

Be comfortable with the uncomfortable , there is no disgrace when you fall.

And don’t be hard on yourself, as ego has no place for today or others ahead ,
Let people be their authentic self as at the end of the day despite the trials the end of the day we all need to go to bed.

God is not too far away, 
May the Lord protect, like the child who grew into the saviour of the world..

​You live in hope 
And by the grace of God, you shall see,
Ordinary you may find you are
The stars seen from your eyes aren’t always that far.

Be seen for your efforts
But don’t always encounter the struggles,
You have plenty to manage, therefore unable to huddle.

You speak to God to find the answers of questions which you aim to seek,
You avoid going off the rails, in your quest to find you streak.

You look to God to find you
And think of solutions in order to function day to day,
May the hope which is inside of you be passed onto others, as prayers arrive your way.

Discern what you say
And say sorry if you made a mistake,
We are on this world for so long, and yes there shall be times we shall break.

God’s walk

​The hardest thing to do
But the most rewarding one you shall ever face,
The road to a new beginning we can’t even imagine how to find that taste.

The walk is powerful 
And uncertain at times,
But you don’t want to go back to the old you,
Baptism is a new creation we are awaiting to ensue.

Love through a prayer
The point to have a positive conversation, avoiding skeptical discussion that weighs heavy on our hearts to declare.

Stay safe
And pray with a hope for all to be alright,
The walk of loving the Father is beautiful, and despite the challenges we see the light.

A moment as the spirit awakes

​We have all questioned 
You have wondered where “is this God?”
The times on this earth is finite but what you do through the Father should never be knocked.

We all have questions…
And no answered pertained, 
Then again in the background, God is working inside of your prayers which you may feel are not contained.

We have worked through life
Fighting to make ends meet,
“I need a break” I hear you shout
The thing is God knows what you are all about. 

You grow from as a baby into a woman or man,
Praying for hope from the place we stand.
God is blessing us every day, 
Despite our frailties we can’t shove away. 

The question is there 
Erratic behaviour is where how we  occasionally perform, 
Look to God for answers and solve our woes,
Discern with a prayer, that’s when God will then show.

Love your life 
As God loves you,
He made you after all, no one can ever understand your nature better than the Father, through the walk despite the highs and lows.

Here to live in Christ

​When Dad died I wanted to be with him,
I weren’t well and didn’t want to be around,
He was the best person inside of me that I found. 

Then I found God, 10 years back
The journey has been arduous and never slacking,
People wanting to disrupt you and dishevel your views
You love them in return, as through Christ you shall deflect the abuse.

Debates are not important 
Actually I’ll take that back to be fair,
Discern with all your love, as prayer is the protector you’ll able to declare.

I am not going back to the place of drink and drugs,
That place takes you down a slippery road,
May God touch your hearts today, as the eradicate of embitterment shall offload.

Wanting peace

​I am trying to find peace
I am loved by God, and so are you
Are we the destruction which causes chaos, 
A silence which you choose not to have?
I need peace, so I shall leave you from where it did began.

I am looking for a moment 
A moment where only God can change who am I,

Peace is my solace
Happiness is what others should have,
It doesn’t matter what you have done in life
All I understand is need to avoid the delusion of strife.

Why are we here?

​We are created
We are wonderfully refined and understated,
We love

We are delighted by the grace of God

but the Father loves us regardless from our ship that is sailing.

And when the euphoria kicks in we are magnificently excited.

We walk this walk
Because God tells us so,

What a day,

People get on my nerves, as I find my hypos exacerbate when the insulin drains the mind..

I have come through the tests from others causing drama,
I rather they f@ck off, as I prefer calmer.

​People learn their lives through the walk they face
Some are loose cannons, some run through the race.

People can be versatile 
People can be lost,
Mistakes will happen, but God picks up the cost.

People walk the line 
People shall become scared,
People are humbled through others love declared.

Some receive a blessing
Some find their way through a talk,
Knowing we can embrace, this beautiful time to follow God’s walk.

Keeping onto hope

​Sometimes loneliness is where you seek comfort,
But then again, that depends on you,
We are here for so long, 
And the road can be right and sometimes wrong,
But you need to believe, and learn to find in yourself how to turn weakness into becoming strong. 

Goodbye my friend 
Love you so much, 
I want something else… me
Inside my heart I want to see. 

Life is full of challenges 
I am ready for the next step, 
Self consumption is part of spiritual reset.

Don’t get me wrong
Love is always there,
There is always an element of someone showing that they care.

I ask for space
I ask for peace, 
I ask for a mountain I cannot climb up… yet,
I speak to God, that is my first port to reset.

The passive types

​They act kind, these kind of people 
They are actually passive, weak and a tad feeble, 
They play things down but have a alternative agenda 
“Get a life” in God; please would you surrender!

They think they are funny
But actually they are not,
They are extremely nosy, I would prefer they would be forgot.

But they are here
Playing their covert games, 
Perception shall overcome these types,
They think they are funny, but actually they have no hype. 

People are people these days mthey
Leave this in God’s hands 
We have to leave it in the spirit that is inside, 
God even loves them, but for me I rather they subside.

Don’t let it control you

​Anger is the devils want,
You can be the nicest person one minute 
And the next you are able to taunt. 

You deserve more 
And yes! I don’t know your story, 
God loves you, so repent, the Father ultimately gets the glory. 

You fight until the end
Yes, fight like you haven’t done before,
No more self pity, you are deserving.. that bit more.

Learn to accept, as the past needs to have its place,
Continuing in the same vein you cannot allow yourself to embrace.

So rejoice 
I love you, yes! a complete stranger like me ,
In Faith there is nowhere better I rather be.

What’s in your heart

​You are never alone as a pray is not far away,
You may like me or perhaps don’t show respect, 
I know there is peace, and through Christ it’s already set.

Peace on earth 
As God is right here in your heart, 
Let go of the demons, they have no place in your life,
Don’t allow others to suffer through the insecurities you have inside, 
Peace with God I spiritual and none debacle, that’s what I find!

I am no longer scared 
It’s not about me, it’s about us all
A man died on a cross for us, believe it or not, once you accept the protection overcomes any divided wall.

Find your time with you 
No need to cry alone if you accept,
That’s why I go to Jesus, our saviour the one who guides us to forgive the pain and then…forget.

A time to rejoice

​It depends what you want to do this time of year,
An uplift in celebration, one for the ages to render and share. 

Be at peace 
Enjoy the noise in a balanced way, 
I’ll be at the gym sweating it out 
The higher spirits are always about. 

I need peace
But respect others doing their own thing,
Be merry and prosper, the hope inside of you comes with love and hope
The Father in heaven is always there to cherish and hold.

Be rested
And be joyful too,
For the people who are no longer here, the ones who showed us plenty of kindness
Hold onto the God inside of you, that spirit which drags out our mess. 

Peace on earth
Love to mankind, 
May the noise be showered with love,
You are a child of God after all, the one who knows and doesn’t do the ‘ifs and buts’.

Keeping away

​You learn your lessons by learning about you,
Find who you are, if others say they know you better you know yourself,
Then turn away, and say nothing, you have  God in your corner, he strengths your mental health. 

Leave people alone 
All you need to do is to prove to yourself and God, 
You have always had the capacity to be broad.

So I suggest speak to ones with substance, 
The ones that do not speak for speaks sake,
People will always try to rile you on the humble land,
That’s why The Father in heaven is your ultimate fan.

There is no one like you 
You don’t need others to say that,
So feel it, stop feeling sorry for yourself, God has a plan
Take a risk and let go, if you f&ck up then fine… that happens to both a woman…and a man.

Do not worry…

​Do not worry
God is always here,
You are never alone my child, 
the Lord is with you every step you take,
We have all fallen short from the glory of the Father, at a point we all need to awake. 

Do not worry 
Angels are fighting your every move,
You have repented with all your heart to take this next step,
Love is love, and that is given to you with mercy and grace,
You shall find this pattern of discernment and that shall never go to waste.

Love is love 
It will be said countless times,
You are never alone, as I’ve felt that feeling too, 
The hope is inside your soul, and when you are with the Father repentance is what you ensue.

You are here 
And my prayers are aimed in your direction, the son of God died for each of us,
I shall end by saying this, refute the devil, as it can be the one God for whom we can all trust.

A day in our lives as type 1

​More hypos than highs,
The numbers and the feelings never lie, 
This nonsense continues until the very end m,
Learning each day, as each moment transcends. 

F@xk people off if they annoy you;
You are better than that and some, 
I am here not to be controlled by this horrendous condition, 

so others are not significant in this overcoming diabetes scenario, this is managed by your permission..

This feeling of hypos lowers the mood
But you must keep fighting,
You become ever so stoic, where instability becomes exciting. 

No one size fits all 
No two days can be the same when living with this condition, 
Yet we all have something inside of us to deal,
Yet diabetes effects all parts of the body,
And our inner strength is irrefutable 
And remember this, you are amazing and most importantly..indisputable.
