I still want to be with them

Don’t worry, the title doesn’t mean I am going to act 

I simply miss the past loved ones, words or feel I cannot retract.

Their presence when they were here, I didn’t always relish

Isn’t that the case always? when words exchanged were frantically hellish.

I suppose you need to focus on the ‘here and now’

Move forward, simply love, through the grace of God I merely bow.

Confrontation I prefer to avoid

Just like a debate,

Words can lead to powerful feelings, in this world I once use to hate.
