You cannot compare

Your journey is unique to you,

Looking for a dream, or an aim from your pursuits. 

You may have fallen short

We all do from time to time,

Some people have good parents who show loving care,

Some are rich and self consumed, and barely there. 

The light is there despite the weather 

Ultimately this is God’s timing, and not you becoming clever. 

Look to the light

The source of overcoming a spiritual fight, 

God shall hold you today

Despite what others may believe, or hastily say.

I spoke to God

I spoke to God

He said: “you are not alone”,

You are not perfect, as my son shall be by your side 

I am always here to listen, to be asked questions and confide. 

You are never alone

You have a place in my heart, 

Prayers cost nothing, they truly release 

The power from a blessing lifts what you want to release. 

The time of the request may not be the time you choose,

The prayers are to lift your soul

Means you are awaiting to go to the Father, and one day shall become whole.

One day you shall be broken

But through that you shall become awoken, 

God loves you each second of every day

Prayers are supplicated through the breath of his son

The power of Christ becomes the 3 in 1.

Bloody condition

This hypo malarkey 

Drives me up the wall, and I am not being sarky!

Blood sugars going up and then down 

It’s like balancing the books or being beheaded

As others lack of empathy is not often embedded. 

The brain is like jelly wondering where to turn 

Blimey, my mind is looking to Christ to discern.

Diabetes leave my body as I hope a cure is found soon

As all this amount of sugar entering in my body I’ll turn into a balloon…🤣

Tempted

Ain’t we all tempted when it comes to a fix?

Some will understand us and have been on the road we have been down

I know I want to come out the other side and refuse to drown. 

A deep breath 

Something to release, 

A technique to calm the craving 

I am no longer want to blame myself for waning.

Breath in, and hold for four seconds 

Release, and relax for the same amount of time,

Taking away all that angst in the hope that we shall be fine.

Recovery is hard

It’s an achievement you never thought you would overcome, 

Remember you are worthy in hope, through the conquest to simply be as one.

There’s no longer homophobia 

Interracial couples is now an accepted thing, 

People think people dislike you because you look different 

The thing is now, we are close and need to avoid distance.

Yet the politics kicks in

Being gay in my day was called ‘happy’

In the eyes of Gods, he loves you all despite the sin

Pray to God for guidance 

Our humanity should never be on subsidence. 

We are one with God

We are here to fight for love, kindness and togetherness

A smile on your face is more powerful than a sulk

Stop.. listen and remember you have plenty of bulk.

Start with a debate? 

What’s the point of that, edging on the side of caution 

Be careful with that instigation, the argument causes distortion.

A silent moment, where chaos has no place on this earth

Just remember, the son of God died for us, and that’s much more than it’s worth.

I pray for time to say: ‘hello’ again to those we speak to every day,

They are forever with God, the blanket of heaven we shall lead towards.. and feel at bay.

Why stress?

We can all lose focus from time to time

The person puts their stress, is anyone thinking of their protection to cover?

Be still 

Be humble and say a prayer, this is a good vibe to discern

The place of humility is aligned and balances the temperament to become less stern. 

Do your best 

That’s the best you can do, 

Don’t beat yourself up, there’s enough people in the world to do that on your behalf

Nothing better

When you are at peace with God you have hope inside

Getting to that place gives humility and can be found far or wide.

Looking at the higher source there is no better place to be,

Using your common sense when angst doesn’t allow you to become free.

We can often lose ourselves in the moment

That’s part of the exalt, to where we  go and leads to aiming to see.

Black, white, Mediterranean, Asian or outside existence 

Prejudice is only kept alive through unhealthy debate that’s shows no energy from its persistence.

Basically we are ‘who’ we are 

God made us uniquely and humbly as one,

The power is to move forward in our resolve to rejoice 

The love language is our attainment and spiritual voice.

Yes, I do miss you, but would I want you on this earth right now? 

No is my answer, the world is intense and unhealthy as I wipe the tear off my brow.

Diabetes calculation

There isn’t a day I don’t need to calculate what I eat

So discipline is vital, yet you can have the slightest blip;

Seeing that cheesecake so desirably

There’s when the calculation takes place so admirably. 

The day starts by checking your sugars before you do anything else,

Then there’s the plan of action what to decide next?

As the wrong answer, just like anything else could make you feel vexed. 

So you look at meat

Is that such a treat?

Yes it is, because no insulin needs to be calculated or corrected, 

The protein you look to consume, and still perfected.

You can’t fall short

Your concentration needs to be tight, 

And that long walk that you endure

Needs to be balanced with a few carbs to make you energised for more.

So we aim to fight this fight with hope

Needing to surround yourself with people that don’t dangle from any rope,

One thing they need to know about us who need to inject

We are quick in our thinking… and very much worth it.

My diabetes humour

What can I say that a needle hasn’t done before

‘Ouch’, the needle inserted, ego hurts plus I feel a little sore.

To be fair the needle doesn’t hurt

Rubbing my belly, leg, arm or bum and cleaning the area before I ‘move in’ with a needle

This is effing humorous, I am learning a skill which a nurse doesn’t see as timid or feeble.

A mate asked: “how do you cope with your diabetes my friend?”

I replied: “humour is my antidote, sticking things inside of me is part of the laughter which I can’t comprehend.

So as I learn to keep going with this condition, which gives me daily struggles

Learning to laugh out loud through times of unforeseen troubles.

So as I treat myself to a chocolate or perhaps a ice cream

One day I look at this condition as simply a passing phase during this day dream.

We don’t need to judge 

It’s a hurtful thing to do,

Yes, there is bad taking place in the world

Yet God makes the final decision for the fate to imbue.

I can’t be bothered to judge

Fat, thin, pale, dark or grey, they are all beautiful regardless what they think

I rather sit quietly in space without the need to think.

I rather love…than judge

And keep quiet, say your peace and leave it to rest,

It’s the Father’s final word in the final hours which count

Nothing else can be considered,  nor would surmount.

I rather leave judgement alone..

People do what they do because they genuinely care

I pray for you every moment, actually every second of each day.

No person on earth can do anything alone,

A good father, mother, brother, sister or dear friend

The strength they had at the time is where you actually needed to depend.

You can lose someone

Someone you once truly depended on when others attacked,

I pray to God always, that higher power has your back.

The year was rich in sport and one to saviour

There was Torvill and Dean delivering a perfect 6 for Bolero,

They cruised to Gold with a graceful and perfect dance

The performance delivered was one we all enchant.

There were the Los Angeles Olympic Games which featured the memorable women’s 3000 metre race, Zola Budd vs Mary Decker looking to capture gold

Yet the outcome mystified and a trip on Decker was the story the world didn’t want to see from its haste.

Steve Davis reign supreme again in the World Championship stakes,

Jimmy White the victim whose resilience from 12-4 down refused to break,

The whirlwind came storming back to fall just 17-16 behind

Yet fate wasn’t on the Tooting lads side as victory lent towards Davis’s tide.

Everton won the FA Cup defeating the Hornets 2-0 in the final,

And McEnroe achieved the coup de grace at Wimbledon, by defeating his old adversary Jimmy Connors

Avenging the defeat two years previously by taking the honours.

These were times when Top of the Pops was a popular programme on television,

Where phones weren’t in front of us as a prime occupied addition.

People spoke to each other

Letters were typed on paper or written by hand,

Precious times I dearly reminisce and for which I take upon a stand.

Or can’t you take that compliment to the soul?

I refute talking to those who aim for debate,

My journey started

The day I knew I was seeing little

I felt weak along with feeling a tad brittle.

I went to this group

SUN it was called,

Wondering what was in-store 

Yet there I received kindness galore.

There wasn’t any judgement 

As ideas to support each other were exchanged,

I felt my challenging thoughts being left behind

Strategies and respect for other peers at the point I could confide.

I felt I could be open and say my peace

The SUN group lifted my mood,

The outside world I felt more equipped and becoming less rude.

Technics I learnt from my peers truly helped

The facilitators asked for themes which later decreased my yelps,

Thank you SUN group, a family which holds close to my heart

As I thank you endlessly as a new challenge I await to start.

Looking to the future

The heat is on

Mental torture matched to face the physical aggression,

Listen to the light with no sound

The intensity has lifted my feet off the ground,

Within my mind I am fighting and praying

Yet my hopes and fears are consistently slaying.

Grief leading to hurt

Change towards a light I once cannot see,

Tension rising as my strength increases

Looking towards God’s sign where this releases.

I take my bible away to read

The best book to discern and digest;

The most note worthy read to profess.

I am here for you

That is what the story says, 

A live adaptation of ‘the truth, life and the way’.

The words of Matthew 5:44 state:

“Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you”

Through to the words of Revelations 22:20:

“Those who testify to these things, yes, I am coming soon”.

The words are harsh and also humble 

Fighting talk which includes loving exposure, 

God wants his child to come to him and avoid the devils aim to join his disclosure.

Today I read the words of God,

Tomorrow I need to do the same, 

Discern the bible’s words, from the Father who loves you unconditionally… 

this is the journey I am looking forward to unequivocally.

Balancing the books (Diabetes poem)

Having this condition is a full time job

‘Balancing the books’ I call it

One minute blood sugars are up, the next down

Then there’s the food and gregarious moments acting like a fool heartily clown. 

I must believe there is hope 

There is a light, 

There is a CGM

Testing the results at the time you later need to resort. 

For me, it’s the eyes 

The eye on the left leaking when blood sugars are running high and low, 

Can’t this fluctuation of emotions stop? Well, I do suppose this is preparing myself until the time I do eventually get old.

This condition I love but the uncertainty can make me cry,

As long as I try my best, all I can do is simply sigh.

Yiayia.. the light I continue to see

It’s been over 30 years 

My tears have dried up, as the loss of her presence is now less feared. 

She was my rock

She was my silence, 

She was my calm

She wasn’t greedy and prayed to God

She is my hope, especially during times when I was young and faced despair.

She knew what to do through the Father, therefore repaired.

The walk we faced together was humble and light 

She said little and there was no anger to instigate a on the edge fight.

If everyone was like her this world would be less feisty with quickness and hate,

I am so blessed to have her with me.. this is a beautiful fate.

Today you are with a spirit

You may not feel it; but you are still it is there

The higher power shall reach you when a prayer calms your heart and releases the fear.

Hold onto a blessing

The higher power is there for us to believe,

A blessing is belief

The blessing is there when you allow the Father to hold

Diabetes chase

Living with type one 

Is unquestionably isn’t fun,

Do you know living with this day to day is a pain in the derrière? 

As insulin is our saviour, for which our pancreas is grateful and graciously cares.

We continue to fight the fight

As highs and lows are a constant battle,

Eating certain foods can lead onto being a tad rattled. 

Our condition isn’t just ours

We need a solid team behind,

The art is to let us get on with it, as carb counting is the art to inject, equate and avoid to subside.

One day we will generate a pancreas that releases red beta cells that secrete insulin into the body,

The organ difficulty we frequently face will one day no longer be shoddy.

Why do people over think?

If I do that, I procrastinate and probably sink.

I didn’t query my behaviour as I walked this fractured line,

Despite keeping my eyes on the Lord, who was crying when I deluded to say: “I was feeling fine.”

I walk this line, the alcohol became more and more 

I lost my direction, but God knew this direction I endured I later started to deplore.

There’s this person called Nikki

She is motherly as can be,

She is exceptionally kind and likes a chat

And when you say that to her she replies” you do  too!”

She repeats the same things, but I think that is age 🤣🤣… I trust

Tell me about political correctness?

Isn’t it a tad sensitive and tremendously feckless..

People who are sensitive about insulting but saying truthful words,

“It is a joke, can’t you laugh at yourself ”

I love making fun out of myself,

I am bald, short, wear glasses and have type 1 diabetes,

I get asked: “do you want sugar in your coffee?”

I reply with a raucous laugh, “ eff off you might as well give me a toffee”.

The humour is selective

Take a chill pill and simply relax,

Looking at the humour… it could be worse?… you could be taxed…

There are always seasons where issues erupt,

You may lose your job,, lose a loved one, people you thought would be there but not no more

The struggles you face are unsurmountable galore.

There is always God to fall back on 

Simply pray, not when things are going wrong,

The devotion you will give him is commendable at a point you return back from the struggles faced that bit more strong.

We are one with God first, and if you choose to blame… then that’s purely your perception!

Diabetes stigma

Perhaps it’s because I am sensitive

Perhaps it’s because I am outspoken and in-tuned,

Perhaps the hypos are getting on top  and others ask questions like: “how do you get yourself a hypo?” If I knew I would be over the moon!

The hypos are harsh

Aggressive to the body when trying to rest,

Then there’s that thing called ‘stress’ which can turn your world upside down and into a mess.

Then there are those argumentative types 

Ones who like to debate for the sake of debating,

I’ll leave those lot well alone, they cause me more harm than good, as when that happens I feel I have been thrown.

You see I am a kind of person with diabetes, type 1;

Always analysing and looking for a way forward to make things right,

A CGM, syringe, pen or pump needs to be simplified when injecting,

I will be the happiness person alive when this condition becomes diligent to perfecting.

Tackling racial segregation, as colour division appeared fickly not clever.

There was Tina 

‘Private dancer’ and ‘Proud Mary’,

A blessed child of God

Like Aretha whose respect gave as a loving nod.

There was Karen

Who sang ‘top of the world’

Along with the celebratory hope through a gigantic twirl.

Among the greats there was Diana as Emma Perl in her skintight catsuit fighting for good,

The blood pressure of seeing these powerful females perform as we know they would.

There is Gal who capture hearts as Wonder Woman and many more icons,

A wonderful adversary which we look to and reside on.

There are plenty I haven’t mentioned as we would be here all day,

I know the future to celebrate these great woman whose memories of achievement shall always stay.

I look out the window

There is peace as noise finally leaves,

Praying to God for your fellow man and woman, and from all that you perceive.

I see the sky

So still and so relaxed,

In an often frantic world, which has become fashionable I finally feel detached.

I see my friendships

Some I see, through to good and the bad,

I seek no compliments anymore as I am gregarious to be seen as mad.

I see the night and sometimes stop in the middle of the day

I pray for God’s love always, for it’s with Father for which one day I shall stay.

I no longer see the people that were once around

People who you never thought that would leave this fractured that I’ve found.

As I calm my heart as I see the stars

Your dreams are just dreams

Your dreams are only dreams because that is what the word defines,

Looking to the light of the son of man, from the place we wish not to hide.

Be at peace with all

Even in their chaos, that’s no place for you,

The arms in the air of raucous shouting 

That’s a release, that’s all.. nothing else is surmounting.

Look to the light when rain is pouring 

Ignore others opinion if said in the view of ‘tough love’

Look to the skies where harmony falls

God is closer than you think, nothing else could endure you to stall.

You are no lesser than the seasons flocked into one

Your mental stability is always challenged as I pray niceties last only for a period of time 

It’s God’s path which is realistic and divine.

Dreams are just dreams 

“Wouldn’t it be nice?” That’s often said

Pray to the kingdom of God, as dreams are placed in the mind in the time to go to bed.

This world

This is world is quite challenging 

But it was created by the Devil too, to inflict damning.

Don’t get me wrong God created it first 

But gave his children free will,

The harms of selfishness reflects the aim to kill.

I am positive when surrounded by positive people

I just know that gossip is a low count and is very feeble.

Talking about others 

All about egos and that fall out of tune,

God will overcome evil and one day his prodigal son will rupture for what is enviably true.

Life works

Life works when you want it too…

Some people want to moan and doesn’t listen to God’s talk go imbue…

Often it’s those who have the plenty of materialism to show

Items are irrelevant 

God is the one I want to see and inside of me and to grow.

I love to love

In a loveless world,

Hearts beaten black and blue

London Town chaotic and doesn’t have a clue.

Be polite but hold people to account if they lose their focus

This world is conflicting enough with stack of hocus pocus. 

I need peace

Away from London, once and for all

A piece of grass I want to fall on and simply lay 

As I know God reminds me it shall be okay…

Deescalating

The world is fast

But pride doesn’t last,

Do not implode

Do not exceed

Simply focus on the bigger goal from where you stay still and feed.

Speed is good for a period of time 

‘Return of investment’ is required,

Discerning and praying is more often admired.

Calmness is strength

Chaos comes at many lengths,

Train in the gym or go for brisk stride

Taking your time shall avoid you to collide.

Be kind to you first

Exercise is or working excessively is only for a limited time,

Pray to God first, a little discernment is gentle and fine.

In God’s team

It’s the best place to reach

Yes, there are trials and tribulations but there’s so much calmer place you when you get teached.

There is a place in heaven which is humble and relaxed, 

There is a place where Lord wants you protected 

So if you refuse, of course you shall feel less corrected.

The power of the three in one is the way to learn each day,

The opening of Christ in your eyes has a spiritual home where you can always stay.

There is the Father, the son and the spirit,

All shall reach to you, only if you allow;

Questioning isn’t a bad thing but prayers are the way to surrender to the Lord through acceptance, doesn’t mean you have thrown in the towel?

God is everywhere

24/7 if you need, 

When others try to control your mind; speak to God first, he is the place where you receive nourishment to where you shall feed.

My diabetes story

I don’t need your “ahhs” when my sugars drop

I want you to give me a cube of sugar, or a boiled sweet to rise them back up

Each day suffering from a hyper or hypo causes challenges to interrupt.

I don’t need to hear “poor you” then assume others can cope better because they have the same type 1 condition 

We all face a different battle, where others are in other battles of rumination.

The condition is tough

People are often on the edge,

All you ask for is a little consideration, that’s all we pledge.

The mental and physical battle is one of a kind

The eyes and feet are infected, yet discipline we learn to confide.

The mental struggle is strange 

And often my psyche is deranged,

The road can be short or perhaps long for us type 1s

One thing for certain.. we aren’t having fun!

The road awaits

No two days are the same 

Things will change, not saying you'll need to have fame?

The road can be short 

or potentially long?

As long as you have focus, there’s a sense where you do belong.

I prefer my own company 

And if it’s with others? Then it’s a requirement to have ’true’ connection 

For my time in prayer there’s no gossip, just kindness and reflection.

I rather be on my own 

I hate talking about others,

Chatting about people brings discomfort to my soul

And personally I am not bothered about celebrity status, that topic can leave me well alone.

Spending time in peace

Sometimes spending time on your own can be a challenge

There’s that lengthy moment which could be quite damming.

Yet, on your own for I can become peace

The lack of connection for those who want to talk,

You prefer not to have a conversation because their view is gossip, from there I choose to walk.

The safety net is to be on your own

Transcribe these kind of messages so potential debate is potentially thrown.

I suppose I crave peace

Read a book and learn

Perhaps listen to a comedy which lifts my mood

Debate brings a side of me, which could lead to be rude.

Life is precious

Life can be harsh,

Life is the cornerstone towards God’s angle

Where you look to faith which is a solution to untangle.

Look to life to find kindness 

Look to life see the beautiful person that you truly are,

God made you after all, from there you shall go far.

Look to life to love

Look to life to face challenges to overcome,

And look to prayer to touch your spirit 

Praying to an almighty power that’s humbly within it.

Erase those who are in a bad place to disrupt yours,

Where perception is key, an awareness you discern and pray,

Look to the Father in heaven, he is the only guarantee that is to arrive your way.

The lows and then the highs

There’s a period you face tremendous sadness

Which levitates exceptional madness,

Yet do not worry, the light is about to shine 

A door shall open, by the grace of God you shall be fine.

You pray, and pray some more

“God what’s going on?” I want to get to the answer.. you know? to the centre of the core.

You get the good news

“Yiphee” tears are filled inside,

You look to crave answers, and finally the sadness subsides.

You are on the right side of the coin

A chance, as a path opens in its way,

May heavens shine upon you… today is just simply your day.

There was this time…..long time ago

There was a time we were polite and learned how to articulate clearly and spoke to the point,

It isn’t the fault of this generation for what they currently face

They didn’t sample the experience we had the privilege to encase.

We learned to write on pen and paper 

And our phones stayed at home,

Yes, this poem has been done on an app, but when I am finished I’ll leave my phone well alone.

We played marbles, table tennis and pat ball when we used our hands to hit a ball onto a wall,

We spoke to each other, as emails didn’t exist 

Ohh those past days I truly miss.

There was the radio 

And only two or three channels on TV,

There was none of this thing trolling or back biting

I prefer face to face, not this gaslighting.

The show will go on….

We are losing greats

The entertainers we grew up with but now are leaving this fractured earth,

Do not feel sad through the eternal hope through Christ’s berth.

Perry, Hackman and many more we could say

They remain in our hearts and the memories shan’t never go away.

The joy they brought us

The seriousness they also too portrayed,

Yes, it is sad they are no longer with us, but we are all on borrowed time so none of us can stay.

There’s McCallum, Michael and other gifted souls who delivered their presence with tenacity and style 

As their previous fortitude rekindles great thoughts which we hold onto for a while.

So goodbye to one.. and another

Rest in peace and thanks for the great thoughts that you showed,

You are forever in my thoughts, as the moments are always ready to visit and unfold.

Love yourself more than you can accept

People can be fickle,

And there are those who are considerate and polite,

There are those who are smothering, when the other person can’t see the light.

Be at peace with God,

Get to know him that little bit more

If debate is what others are looking for, they can ‘fuck off’ as head is already sore.

The latter isn’t a nice thing to say

But through my heart, my decay needs to break

Speaking to God is more fulfilling, as he won’t forsake.

I am good, and so are you

Yet the devil wants you to depend on him, 

A fire of uncertainty shall provoke the mind

I pray to be with the Father in heaven, the blessedth kind.

I know I am good

Others can leave me alone, as they are my past

The kindness I see in myself, is something exceptionally vast.

Is everything a question and answer session?

Some people just need to vent

Not looking for a solution too circumvent.

I just want to talk

Or call that person out,

Better still be on my own where ‘my’ opinions have no clout.

I know people don’t do small talk,

But that means their fight is through their words,

I find those have no back bone 

as all they do is moan

If being on your own is the answer; rather than looking for affirmation is key,

I hear that because not everyone has the answer, and their perception won’t always set you free.

So look for peace and quiet and looking at a good comedy brings out my best

The others can eff off, my humour gets on with me.. I shan’t settle for anything less.

Laughter is the best form of medicine

Make me laugh?

Go on do it,

I am not precious with words

I have faced enough trauma in my life to feel disturbed.

I have been called a ‘C’ a ‘F, even called gay

I thought the word Gay was a sign that you were happy,

Insults aside, being camp I could never be

I am a fella with dark humour, so go on learn to be happy… which means free.

I like to take the piss

I don’t want to be questioned what I say,

Just like the old comedians whose humour enticed me as they were quite malicious, as in time the chuckle went away.

I like to laugh until it raucously tired

No limits which I humbly admired,

Deep conversations are depressing, so others can leave,

I am more selective, as just like humour I am a wordsmith… but not an empty thief.

Dreams are simply dreams 

When the eyes open up before the break of dawn,

I pray to God endlessly through the eyes that are simply worn.

I pray for a great life

But know I shall see it in the end,

Others will judge

But that’s none of my business to comprehend.

Thinking of the ‘next’ best thing,

Allowing others to get on with it, as long it’s not harm they bring.

It’s never over until the very end

Looking towards being the best person you are, can only manifest until you look to defend.

Take your time

The journey maybe painful and possibly you don’t know what to do?

The chaos is always there 

The mayhem is there to push us around,

We don’t need a quick fix, as harmony is the pathway to keep your feet on the ground.

Today may be a challenge, don’t hurt yourself anymore

Pearl’s of wisdom

Advice???

Freely given 

Never asked for,

Think about what you say, I just want to speak and NOT looking for a solution to crave for.

We all like to help

Some more than others,

I start with a prayer to discern

There is so much in life we ought to learn.

We look on a internet browser and that interaction stimulates the mind,

Its takes more investigation than looking on google, facebook and instagram to find what is true,

It’s sampling the experience, a lived knowledge from what others do.

I am a diabetic, where I don’t produce insulin in my body to break down sugar

And when people find out all of a sudden they know my experience which I sample day to day

Not a chance at all, their words fall on the floor.. that’s all I’ll say.

Yes help, but looking at text is okay to a point

I rather sample the experience and know the reasons why,

No word like ‘perhaps?’ Or ‘maybe’ is back seated sigh.

Too much speed

London city 

What a speed full place!!

People loving the intensity which often leads to haste.

Why so reactive?

Is it life and death? 

Focus on your goals quietly,  reassuringly through the time you don’t own….

Balancing life through prayer at points you need to be left alone.

Why so quick?

Want to go to a early grave?

Speed is good to a certain degree 

I rather prayer, look to God, then feel blessed and free.

The chaos can be done at any time 

The gossip will always be there, it only takes one to start

For me personally I want to chill, pray and let the anger go

It’s the Father in heaven who anoints and lets you flow.

“There is a time for speed and a time to pray… I prefer to pray”

Don’t be too hard on yourself

Don't be too hard on you

As your heart has a life to pursue.

There will be wind up merchants

You need to spot out,

And their cunningness is not worth pleasuring their fickle shout.

You need to be kind to thee That's easier said than done, 

The world is beautiful, yet not everyone focuses on God through his perennial son.

You need to see how great you are, through the eyes of God 

And there is that spiritual awareness to get rid of all the other sods.

It's not about me, me and me

It's more connected towards we, we and we. 

So don't be hard on yourself 

You are better than that,

Try to pray for deliverance from where you are looking at.
