You have a rest before getting up,
The energy is there and it begins to start
A coffee, a prayer or even a workout which pumps blood into your heart.
You look to move, see the world for what it is
Reading the papers for your judgemental view
Or removing yourself from that information as the day is ready to pursue.
This may be the day for great change
Or this may not be the time when you need to attack,
Attempting to stay positive and spiritually avoid to slack.
Waking up to great people
Or even others who you don’t get,
At the end of the day it’s another day, where you look to focus… and reset.
