That’s what life can do,
Trusting in someone to protect you, yet sometimes you don’t have a clue.
The other person may come across immature and perhaps say something hurtful
Does that sound familiar or slightly stained?
Language I wouldn’t want to use, and won’t always be voiced as refrained.
We look to life as a chance
A chance to meet the right people but may fall in a trap,
Boundaries that are implemented for protection
Through prayer it’s balance reflection.
Be kind to you
No one can always do that for you despite the greatest of intention
Staying prayerful are the words guarded words we often mention.
