And when things are great, we push the boat out
Yet consequently our health can be damaged, both physical and mental
We avoid the fact we also need to be gentle.
God has this in hand
He is the doctor, the peace keeper and the ruler of our lives
He has this in hand
Nothing he can’t do or withstand.
Be kind to others
You don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes,
Even if they say they are alright, not everything appears what it seems.
Avoid gossip
And get on with life with love and care,
Standing still in God’s presence and say a humble prayer,
Relax and stay strong, do not shy away from a cry
Humble feelings, you are human the feeling in your heart shan’t go awry.
