a life ‘the creator’ said you do deserve,
Love God first and then release what you are meant to serve.
Leave politics alone
Sport and battle is where it’s at,
Keep your body and mind fit
And when running you’ll be spiritually ‘within it’.
Today is the first day to recover
Recapture these words my sister and brother,
You are truly just
Inside if God you ‘must’
Where’s does it start from? Yes… Trust.
Remember when you were strong
Even if you struggled? Your strength did belong.
You are fruitful
And so amazing
This is your life,
The only thing is the Father, that make you phasing.
