Please God

I love my friend,

I know you have to take him one day 

I just have this request that needs to stay.

One day leads to another

Yet I pray for recovery, please just give us time,

I know you are there for me, I am not timid...as the Father shall refine.

Please lord I pray with all my heart

I was hugging him in bed today, where my tears flowed as I know he now can’t depart.

Please lord heaven can wait

No matter the situation

Simply pray with all your heart and mind,

God is the doctor of all cures 

Something we as believers know for absolute sure.

Simply find out the purpose of the prayer, 

Especially when fighting through a season 

And trying to work out a strengthening reason.

It brings solace and hope to the mind,

Do you think being angry solves things like a ‘cure’

Nothing else matters, as we need to prayerfully be secure.

We are here to live in hope 

We are here to live with love,

Not familiar when we need this kind to help?

Then prayers are clinching God’s glory, especially when we yelp.

We can always remember (80s poem)

Remember when you put a cassette in the video and it started to flicker when paused?

And when you played a cassette tape into a Walkman, you either fast forward, rewind and then forgot what the song was called!

You remember the time you said “hello” in the street 

Rather look at your phone,

And that times were less intense, so possibly you relaxed the mind to feel less alone.

Remember the skills we acquired, more methodical or astute,

Times less pacy but now manageable, stopped and relaxed and we gave a bit more of a hoot.

I suppose we pray now because the speed is hard to feel,

And that most things are a ‘quick wins’, rather than seeing the deal.

They fought each other ferociously to the end

And there was Iron Mike Tyson who destroyed for four years from 1986 to 1990

His legacy was magnificent and shone on us so brightly.

There were the klitschko brother who then decided to reign,

Then came Fury who wanted part of their parade.

The victory came from God

Our saviour and our king,

These men feared God, the one who brought them in.

So as the fight continues as this title passes from one generation to the next

AJ and Osuk have a choice to make, yet it’s Tyson’s who shall not forget.

Even though both  release the same chemical to flow

God is there to humble your heart wherever you decide to go.

The truth is I can’t do nothing

Why? because the universe contains enough aggravations.

God is your source

He is your light

He is your focus to grow 

He instills himself for you to show.

Try not to hit the bottle

Why is it a broken world?

They may call it “being realistic”

I would call them slightly pessimistic.

I am not your entire answer, that comes through prayer towards God,

Hypo looming in the mind and body

Aggressive blood lows making you feeling drained and slightly shoddy.

Yes, true, I can’t deny that?

But trying to be a controlling person with this to contend 

Please God, bring back my auto immune condition into fruition, for it does need to mend.

Managing bloods

Today is a good day

Managing blood sugars don’t seem all that,

Living with diabetes is a strain at its best

Yet I know they God shall remove with prayerful confess.

I pray for joy

The struggles with balancing this condition is very fearful 

And fighting the lack of red blood cells can be very tearful.

We all have conditions we need to confront 

This one is very challenging with insulin injected, or a metformin tablet to take 

Especially when you start the condition with a honeymoon period, which feels deluded and fake.

Yet you calculate and manage this daily

Humbleness of God taking this away shall be done safely.

Pray to God to reignite the red blood cells in your body

And that your hope to remove this endocrine condition away

Through prayers my pancreas shall one day be okay.

I remembered the day I gave it up

I was running from fear, when I was scared to erupt.

Some do not,

Some, it’s “all about me “

Others are more giving but don’t want the world to see.

Monday is loving

Passes a vault every day,

Holding onto love which, let’s face it? Has the final say.

We are here

Trying our best in an often unpredictable world,

Don’t look back just forward 

The world of Monday love is insightful 

Including the world which is delightful.

People we see

And the people we become to be,

Trying not to lose sight

Searching for wisdom, not a fight.

Diligence and guile

That lasts for such a while,

Don’t be hard on you

There’s enough people out there to do that 

The heart of humility is where it’s at.

Today is great

Tomorrow shall get much better,

Believe me, I am facing the fight

Prayer to God’s is an amazing sight.

Love you

Love has always won the day,

If you reach out,  through a glimmer of hope 

The glory of your destiny shan’t never go down the Devil’s fickle slope.

Here’s life

Here’s my friend 

a kind hearted soul,

Like us all, working out the next move 

And accepting hope towards God’s to prevent themselves to lose.

Encourage generations past, future and present 

Times when costs have gone up

And renting a place is fiercely high

 This is beyond budgeting this can hurt the soul to cry.

God here is my shout

I am asking for a reprieve,

No one is patient anymore, nor listens

A constant event, when there is the need for a mission.

I love whom I love

I can’t take the pain away, that’s a prayer to God,

He shall lift you with his heart, tears and pain

The peace in your heart shall always sustain x x

God holds you together, from unbelievable heights.

Moving forward with an almighty hug,

Speaking to you every day

The Father in heaven shan’t go away.

All you need to do is let go with prayer, broken and profess.

Days are going forward 

And angst shall be left behind,

Good Sunday morning

It’s Sunday

A humble day to reflect,

Actually we look to you Father, clearly you provide us with the best bet 

So how are you?

Yes you, the one reading these words,

Praying with you each moment I get spare

Yet it’s times like these I want to share.

Yes, I love you

You may be far or even near,

Remember, the Father has given us a chance towards him that we fear.

Today is a good day

Today is full of love,

Today I speak to the heavenly glory 

And our quest to spread the great news of God’s story.

Crying for God’s love

You are breaking 

Nothing to be ashamed,

You are his child, yes you have been prodded and inflamed.

Remember, he loves you

Crying is part of the deal,

Those who prophesying, despite the hurt

You are no less off, as the spirit dispersed.

God loves you more than you can take

You do accept his power more than most,

He is the perennial

As his love is equitable.

Crying is a release

A powerful question, with an answer we would like to know 

He is our Father the one we can’t forget

Humility, dignity, love, romance and joy

The tears now flow like a jubilant boy.

God’s merciful gift

A provided lift.

A hope to find

We shan’t be blind,

Hold my hand, there’s a father who shall test you and be humbled to what is kind.

There is kindness 

There is true hope

There are also fractures in our soul

Does that mean we elope?

I am here to love you

Give you a gentle hug,

No more, nor less

Just reason in your heart that the Father shall make you feel blessed.

If you feel, love and cry

There’s a heaven waiting for you, all you need to do is pray

One step forward the other foot to follow 

The world has moments that’s shows it’s swallow.

Love, live and prosper

Love you and God today,

Our little chats together holds us like glue

The passage of the Father we all ought to pursue.

Love is the guide we see

You and I forever in God’s kingdom shall be free.

Love is the anchor

Showing us the light 

Hoping for that little bit of kindness 

And that exceptionally heavenly and sublimeness.

Take your time

But today is what you seize,

There shall be prayers towards God, that’s what you shouldn’t at all freeze.

People are important, gossip isn’t

That’s frayed an damaged

As well as fickle and un-lavish.

Pray to God

That’s your time to reflect,

Medicate with discernment, the rest the Father shall detect.

Restoring and building 

Never let go of that discomfort,

We are here to fight for God’s ultimate cause

And humble in the presence of the almighty, I suggest you do not pause.
