It’s a crying shame when those you love

don’t like your confidence 

And treat you like a distant soul 

And the persons hadn’t done wrong and feels like taking a blow. 

You try your best

And others treat you with contempt,

I suppose there is so much you can take on board 

You feel like saying a barrage of words.

The lord will protect you when all else fails

You feel protected with calm and warmth from the higher power 

You find peace and humble still

Nothing lasts forever, when facing the real deal.

Inequity and humility 

Beauty within the soul and peace 

You must remind yourself you are  beautiful, warm and kind 

You don’t need to hear others opinionsof thee

You can widen your shoulders and set yourself free.

People whose perception of you is a reflection of themselves to be fair, 

You are good, you are kind, you are strong (from being weak)

You need gods approval as you are no longer timidly meek. 

Bring out the better you

Learn from you

Ignore others but if negative,

Kindly move away 

Learn to move forward with positive faith

Learn to evolve and bring out the goodness in you

All shall be revealed, don’t control, that’s in the clue!

You meet someone 

Enjoy each other’s precious time 

Time is to be enjoyed 

Rain, sun and shine 

The essence is to capture positivity 

And delve into a glorious shrine. 

Never let go of the good

Try to fight the bad and, affirm that goodness is hear to stay 

People can be negative 

I know I have been in the past,

Keep strong and exercise

Start with small steps which moves into strides 

You will reveal to a new beginning and avoid subside.

Be kind, be warm, be loving 

These are traits sadly missing today.

Patience and kindness was once a natural state of affairs

Love only love capture our humble stare. 

Out grow

You learn to move

And you learn to heal, 

You learn the passages of faith

You learn to take your time, with no haste.

People still love you 

But you may out grow them as faith arrives

You now have a higher power

And you must realise you definitely shall survive.

You may look  at god

And may ask “is he real?”

I can vouch he is the beginning and the end

That’s the true message which isn’t to offend.

Who can predict the future?

Who can wish others well?

You may have a feeling

But that concept is one that’s maybe reeling.

Call yourself a realist or pessimist 

That negativity is eroded from my mind

Keep trying and don’t seek approval from those whose past cannot judge yours,

As long as you are not hurting anyone around 

Then the distance of those does not need to hear a sound. 

Over analysis

I messed up

Over elaborated an issue out of my control

Wanting to predict the future

Then blast of words, that wouldn’t suit you.

I am sad but prayer pulls me through

I hate the thought I could upset my love

Yet I have done it and I need to move on

I am still their for them and don’t feel I’ve done anything wrong. 

Hurting myself because I demand a high point with the cause

I am wondering what is the next move, maybe do nothing 

I have tried to call and text I am sorry

I am praying for a better solution as I feel I have hit the back of the lorry.

Gods calling is to balance the mind

Wanting to seek approval from the one you love

I want to be good for this person   

And sure in time a solution shall arise

Love to my lord father for they will avoid a demise. 

Heart beats as one

A feeling of love 

From the sky above

Cynics unfortunately won’t understand 

They need to find trust, what’s within their hand.

The world is your oyster

A place we all deserve to be 

We all need to elevate to new beginnings 

And respect the time we have on earth

Glory to the almighty who Mary given berth.

You had a HB pencil to craft a piece of work

Now there are computers on the phone

They dictate the way we live our lives 

Feels like entering into a bee hive.

We rely on our phone to provide us knowledge

Remembering information is stored on a device, which is meant to to give a friend a call

Now we have Spotify and Facebook on these handset device

Without them on us, we feel we cannot suffice. 

Once we had colouring pens and paper to create 

Please don’t let us lose focus on these two tools we possess,

Craving to thrive on past habits to move into the new

They brought us humour at all levels to attain our fear

Dear Lord

Thank you for your mercy

Are solution finders and want you to feel free.

Be around positive people, if they are not, then pick yourself up and move away. The next positive chapter is about to stay.

Be humble, be positive and keep on trying

If others disagree, it does not matter

Confess

Confess with your mouth

From the body, heart and soul

Yet the world has this opinions that feud

Why not encourage and feel less ensued 

The cloud surrounds 

Yet the water is there, 

Freshen the palette 

otherwise water the dry or oily face,

This world of speed 

Does not need to take place!!

We are not machines 

We need to learn patience, kindness and will,

I too have many faults 

None of them are in the category of surreal.

Yet if you learn 

And pick yourself off from the floor,

Flee from those who are negative and hurt 

They too have their story 

from which they need to learn from and eventually end up in glory. 

 

Open eyes

We are all going to be ok

Despite the burdens we face 

We have no choice 

Let the politicians wind people up

I rather be humble and provide a verb silent slap.

We all have these challenges to face 

Out of the comfort zone 

But if you don’t try,  you don’t know 

Words to encourage is key 

Without that attribute you won’t venture to see.

Be humble in heart 

Be honest to the mind 

Show beauty to the higher power

Never let slip what you truly want in the minds eye

You may reject for an unnecessary cry.

Love your body 

Love your soul 

Love your spiritual growth 

Enhance these areas of motivation 

And love the life you have now got 

No point losing focus of the plot.

 

Health at 70

We all play a part

Sometimes you don’t feel it

Some shuffle the paper

Some book the appointment 

Some make the commissioning work

Glory to our beloved NHS and its firework.

This is health 

This is mindfulness 

This is loving to care

And treatment to ensure someone is their.

Health needs balance 

Health needs to be viewed

We work endlessly to treat a patients path to recover,

Love is love, care is there 

Attributes pulled together to ensure a recovery stare.

When we are tired and working through the bone

We are trying to manage patient care at its toughest challenge, 

A process sometimes hard to face 

Yet it’s that unwell person we aim to provide a safe place.  

Give yourself time

Life.. a blessing as it’s from the higher power

Learn to thrive and be 

Open your heart and flee.

Strength within 

Strength to hold 

Strength to fall short from 

A time that make no be long.

Don’t worry brace the day

Yes, there shall be battles to test the body, heart and mind

Respond in kindness 

The power of god is what you shall find.

We have all been controlled 

Or spoke to those who feel they know better,

Their point may be harsh or surreal

It’s your journey with the lord

Stupid fool

I drank to excess 

Drinking to oblivion, and I have type 1,

Lucky I survived, 

And blessed that I am alive.

Falling to the floor

Your organs ripping to shreds, 

No more beating myself up 

Stand tall and don’t do the same again

Embarrassing moment that I shall never depend.

Remember, you have a condition 

Where an organ has decided to die,

It’s your responsibility to live your life 

But not too the excess of a demise.

Now move on 

You have overcome this quest 

Learn from the he lesson and move on

Turn a new page, from that moment you did wrong.

A hug will make us secure

Loving your love is a security 

from which we want assurity.

A hug gives comfort
