God will take us away too one day,
Don’t be sad, there is a smile to cherish when it’s our time to stay.
These people brought us a smile
They brought us hope, which you never thought was possible,
These angels who we now don’t see
We now know they are perennially free.
They say the good leave soon
We often think of them and immediately then swoon,
God has taken to them to a place where they are no longer in pain
We are the ones left behind with the pain, which is now hard to sustain.
Despite the memories
And the confabs that was brought into the mix,
Thank you for the wonderful memories, and the times you helped us often fix.
