Found God in time

I didn’t believe in God

Why? I simply didn’t want to receive,

I just wanted him to blame 

The human spirit is a hard one to figure out… and sustain.

I needed something

And it was as simple as a prayer,

My mate Peter prayed for me one day, and ‘’hey presto’

It wasn’t magic it was the Holy Spirit saying: ‘I am right here’.

Yes, there’s ups and downs 

Trials I couldn’t workout on my own,

Then I discerned to the Father.. and guess what? I was now never alone..
